January 18. Large numbers of Islamic youth escaped from prison. They were being held at a large detention camp administered by the Syrian regime along with the SDF, a pro-US group. Both groups are pro-US, and should not be considered Islamic. They are doing America's work. While these two entities fought each other, the prisoners escaped. They were suspected of being supporters of ISIS.

Reports indicate that Trump thought that subjugation of Iran would be an easy victory somewhat like Venezuela. The agents within Iran were convinced that it would be an easy win. Suddenly Israeli-America changed its tune. Suddenly Trump realized that his appeals to the Iranian people to rise up had failed. After admitting there was no uprising, he oddly took the credit for the fact that killings across all sectors had stopped.
Israeli Jews will not give up trying to overthrow the Iranian government. They will try again and again. So, it would behoove the Iranian government to be vigilant.
An Israeli comedian who came to Canada has been arrested by the Canadian authorities. The arrest was based war crimes he committed in Gaza.
Palestinians are amazed that Netanyahu has joined the Gaza Board of Peace. This is a governing body being set up by Trump.
Israeli bombing raids continue in occupied Palestine. Hamas has no air force, tanks or artillery, yet it has fought Israel and the US for two years.

Pakistan is trapped in a vicious cycle of non-Islamic leaders. The great majority of Pakistanis support Imran Khan, but he remains in prison. Thousands come to visit him, but they are not allowed to meet him.

Ziyad Yaghi is an Arab-American man whose family has long resided in Raleigh, NC. He was only 23 years old when he visited Jordan and Egypt with his friend Omar Aly Hasan in 2007. FBI files later showed that when they returned, they were followed around for two years before being brought up on charges by the US government. According to Maureen Clare Murphy, who wrote about the case at the time, Yaghi was charged with "conspiracy to provide material support to an unspecified group of terrorists in an unspecified place at an unspecified time. They were also indicted—and Yaghi convicted—for conspiracy to kidnap, kill, maim or harm an unspecified group of people in an unspecified place at an unspecified time." No crime occurred, and the only "evidence" against the two young men was the testimony of co-defendants who received plea bargained with the government and received significantly reduced sentences, and the word of a paid informant. All of this occurred during the US government's "War on Terror," which resulted in the fraudulent prosecutions of innumerable innocent Muslims. In 2012, the young Yaghi was sentenced to 31 years in prison. He has been held in solitary confinement for much of his time in US government custody.
Yesterday, he spent his 38th birthday in prison. His mother, Laila Yaghi, who has fought valiantly for his release, wrote on the July 2025 anniversary of his conviction:
"Today was a very grim day. Sixteen years ago, they imprisoned Ziyad for a thought crime, that one day in the future he'll do something wrong. Because of all the grief I went through, I got ovarian cancer stage 3. The doctor gave me two years to live, then she said, 'Well if you go through chemo, maybe 2-5 years.' I just want my son out! Enough is Enough. I need a lot of prayers for him and then for me. Most importantly for him." (Laila Yaghi Facebook page).
It is important to remember that a key responsibility of a Muslim is to "Free the captive." In the modern era, that translates to political prisoners and prisoners-of-war. If we are true to our faith, we must lend support to the legal campaigns and the support committees to free the innocent men and women like Ziyad, being held captive by a system which is intrinsically unjust and rotten to the core. We must further, following the Prophetic tradition, support their families as much as possible.

Foes Not Friends
The Israeli war on Gaza and other parts of Palestine portray a trajectory of deceit and defeat for the Arab-Muslim leadership. History offers lessons to change and reconstruct thinking and strategic priorities for sustainable future-making. The Arab-Muslim leadership failed to adapt new thinking and reasoned priorities to protect the public interests and defend the masses. The 21st century Western leaders exploit oil exporting Arab leaders for money laundering and weapon sales. Arab-Muslim leaders detached from reality and divided for individual survival appear delusional and defeated.
People once colonized, remain colonized. To buy wisdom with money is a delusional scenario. None of the Arab-Muslim leaders seek expert advice from people of knowledge and integrity. They live in darkness of Western illusions of dubious friendship. In crisis, intelligent leaders opt for facts of life and when facts warrant a change, responsible leaders pursue a navigational change. Media reports indicate some 15B worth of increased Israeli weapon sales by making Gaza as a lab experiment. The oil exporting Arab leaders and people live in a fantasy of their own imagination – a fallacy of truth telling. Spectators and onlookers, they watched the planned massacres, bombing of places of worship, hospitals, planned starvation of the civilians in Gaza, yet continued their relationships with Israel as a new normal against the interest of their masses. All monsters of history claimed good intentions and righteous ambitions but inflicted horrors, deaths and destruction on fellow human beings to achieve individualistic ambitions of power and glory. Insane Leaders Bomb the Living Earth and Humanity Demands Accountability
The Earth provides you – the human being from birth to sustenance of life, yet the ignorant and unjust monsters bomb the mother earth. It extends all of your needs for progress and prosperity. Israel so far has dropped more than 90,000 tons of bombs on Gaza – three times more insane than what happened at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. Perhaps, the Israeli and American leaders do not believe in life and death and accountability to God for all of their actions. The Earth is not a property of the US or Israel but a Divine hub of human Life, Survival and a Trust, those bombing and destroying it are mentally sick and defy the Divine Truth. It looks as if the US and Israeli leaders do not believe in life and death and accountability. The earth is a living entity and spins at 1670 km per hour and orbits the Sun at 107,000 km per hour. Imagine, if this spinning fails, what consequences could occur to the living beings on Earth. Think again, about the average distance of earth from Sun is 93 million miles -the distance of Moon from Earth is currently 384,821 km equivalent to 0.002572 Astronomical Units. Earth is a "trust" to mankind for its existence, sustenance of life, survival, progress and future-making. The Earth exists and floats without any pillars in a capsule by the Will of God, so, "Fear God Who created life and death." Is human intelligence still intact to understand this reality? Truly man (human being) is a most ungrateful creature!
And killing of innocent people is prohibited in the Ten Commandments (Torah):

Jewish law views the shedding of innocent blood very seriously, and lists murder as one of three sins (along with idolatry and sexual immorality), that fall under the category of yehareg ve'al ya'avor – meaning "One should let himself be killed rather than violate it.
The Trump Peace Plan has paused the war but bombing, displacement and killing of Palestinian continues unabated. What a shame, what a disgrace to the Arab-Muslim countries and so-called leaders having armies, resources and opportunities to defend Palestine, besieged masses of Gaza and their rights, dignity, and sustainable future. No Charges Against Dad Who Killed KSU Student
A grand jury declined to indict Jacob Bard. He is a free man. On December 6th, Jacob Bard and his wife were at the Kentucky State University (KSU) campus. Original reports were that a father shot at students while helping his son move off campus. It sounded like a reckless act of anger, and no additional details were learned until weeks later.
What led up to the shooting and the decision not to indict is shocking and shameful.
Jacob Bard's two sons, 18 and 19 years old, are both students at KSU and are on its baseball team. In October, the 18-year-old reported that a robbery had occurred in his dorm room, and he was subsequently beaten up in his dorm room, along with 3 other students, by 15-20 people in retaliation. When this group robbed Jacob Bard's son, fire alarms were pulled, and fire extinguishers were used to disable security cameras, which demonstrates that this was an orchestrated crime. In another incident, 30 people came to the dorm room to terrorize Bard's 18-year-old son, but they disappeared when campus police arrived after being called.
It was normal for the son to call his parents, who drove from Indiana and arrived at midnight, to check on them. Bard's son and his roommates had not left their room to eat for days for fear for their lives. Bard took them all out to eat, then he and his wife met with campus police. It was this meeting that left the Bards feeling even less confident about the security of their sons on campus.
Bard and his wife decided to move their sons off campus as a result of repeated threats to their youngest son's safety. It was during this move that the criminal students approached the family and started assaulting the sons. Jacob Bard shot at the crowd of individuals attacking his sons, using his wife's gun. He hit one individual and killed another. Bard was arrested on murder and assault charges, but his legal team convinced the grand jury that it was KSU's poor security measures that created an unsafe, criminal environment that led to the shooting in self-defense.
Recently, the parents of the student who was killed, 19-year-old De'Jon Fox, were arrested in Indiana for attempting to attack Jacob Bard. They are being held on a $ 1,500 bail.
Not all campuses are the same. It is unthinkable that an organized group of criminals can grow to such a size, and the brazen nature of this group indicates the poor security at KSU. Unfortunately, some educators believe in having an open-door policy where continuous forgiveness and overlooking faults is the way to handle problem students. The belief is that everyone has a right to an education, including those students who do not prioritize education.
KSU President Koffi Akakpo said, "The University is enhancing security measures and continuing internal reviews, while taking steps to help ensure our campus environment remains one where all can pursue their education safely. In accordance with University policies, when conduct within the University's jurisdiction is found to violate our standards, appropriate action will be taken through established processes."

Basilisa Negron, 47 years old, was murdered after being stalked by her ex-boyfriend, with whom she had a 20-year toxic relationship. After ending their relationship, he stalked Negron, who moved from her Pennsylvania home to her daughter's in Harlem, NY. She shared 3 children with him. He taunted her children by calling and recounting her every move he witnessed her make. They all went to the NYPD, who were no help. The boyfriend came into the victim's adult daughter's apartment, while the daughter was at work, and shot her multiple times. There was no record of a restraining order at the time, according to news reports, and there have been no arrests yet.
In Bonanza, Arkansas, Charity Beallis, 40 years old, and her six-year-old twins were found shot to death in their $755K mansion one day after her divorce proceedings were finalized. The day after her death, her husband's attorney filed a motion to dismiss the divorce case since the wife was now dead! She filed for divorce after her husband, Dr. Randall Beallis, choked her last February, in front of their children. He was arrested, pleaded guilty, and given a one-year suspended sentence and a $ 1,500 fine.
In her Facebook posts, Charity expressed her frustrations with the court system and her fears for her family's safety. She accused the system of protecting her husband and stated that the Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Shue has been impossible to contact and has refused to accept a letter from her. The sheriff's office will not provide any details about its investigation, nor has anyone been arrested in this murder.
It is interesting that in the movies where white women have been domestic violence victims ("Sleeping with the Enemy," "Dolores Claiborne, Fried Green Tomatoes," etc), they kill their abuser. I ignore the Tyler Perry films, such as "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," where the domestic violence victims' weapon or strategy is to forgive their abuser to move on with their lives.
The problem with America is that people are commodities, especially women. We are viewed as property or tools to enhance someone else's life, to our own detriment. There is no balance, which is why when women end these types of toxic relationships, they are hunted down like animals, tortured, and then murdered in cold blood.
Instead of relying solely on efforts to convince politicians and law enforcement to create and enforce laws that discourage domestic violence, there should be even stronger efforts to embrace, support, and protect women, such as Haila Gabr, Pieper Lewis, and Chrystul Kizer, who have fought back against their attackers. The problem with men who would rather commit assaults, murders, or murder-suicides against women who suggest a break-up is a systemic issue that public service announcements won't fix!
The main problem is that the oppressed allow the oppressor to be the problem solver. Racist, sexist, and ageist mentalities should not be involved with any social problem-solving because they ARE part of the problem. People who look to these sociopaths for solutions are the other part of the problem. The media is the enabler of America's sociopathology. We should know America is not serious about attacking sexism, racism, ageism, and other social ills because the American media would rather invest its efforts in uncovering the social ills of other countries, especially Muslim ones or ones on every continent except Europe.
It is ridiculous to leave it up to our enemies to decide how to remedy racism and sexism when it is obvious they have a skewed view of reality.

Mayor-Elect Mamdani Selects New FDNY Chief
On December 23rd, NYC Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani appointed former EMS Chief Lillian Bonsignore as commissioner of the FDNY. She will be the second woman and first openly gay FDNY Commissioner. She has had a 31-year FDNY career, starting as an Emergency Medical Technician in 1991.
Mamdani has kept his gay-friendly stance.

Muslim NFL Player Fined for Pro-Palestinian Message
Many professional sports leagues are fearful of the Calvin Hodges and Imam Mahmud Abdul-Raufs (NBA) and the Colin Kaepernicks (NFL). They focus on drafting money-hungry poor boys from the Black and White ghettos of America. They don't mind these players flaunting their newfound wealth or even assaulting women and children. They will still have their playing time. But when a player tries to educate people about human rights issues, including genocide witnessed by the world, then these leagues consider that player a problem!
The National Football League (NFL) created 'My Cause, My Cleats' to counteract NFL Quarterback Colin Kapernick's kneeling during the National Anthem. The kneeling caught on, and NFL players, as well as athletes such as pro-women's soccer player Megan Rapinoe, knelt during the American National Anthem. The 'My Cause, My Cleats' was a way for the racist, misogynist, Zionist owners to have control over how the players support various causes, especially human rights issues.
At Sunday's January 12th NFL playoff game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers, Houston Texans player Azeez Al-Shaair wore eye black bandages across the bridge of his nose with a message in support of Palestine.
Robert Kraft is a billionaire Zionist Jew and an NFL New England Patriots owner, who has donated over $100 million to the welfare State of Israel. He has even lobbied to get businesses punished for participating in the Boycott, Divest, and Sanction (BDS) Israel movement. Saying he is a staunch Zionist is an understatement. He is Zionism's Gestapo soldier.
The thin black tape written in white font read: "Stop THE GENOCIDE." He was fined $11,593. After the Texans' January 18th loss to the New England Patriots, Azeez Al-Shaair told the media that he knew that wearing the message would incur a fine. Al-Shaair was also told that if he wore the message on his "eye tape," he would be removed from the game. He said that other players have worn messages on their eye tape and have stayed in games.
Al-Shaair participated in the 2024 season's "My Cause My Cleats" campaign, donating his cleats to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund, an organization he supported in 2023. He said that he feels there are efforts to censor news of what is going on in Palestine: " In no way, shape, or form am I validating anything that happened, but to consistently say that because of [Oct. 7] innocent people [in Gaza] should now die, it's crazy. [Other people] try to make a disconnect and dehumanize people over there. And it's like, they're human beings. Being a Muslim, we see everybody the same; Black, White, Spanish, whatever you are; you can be orange, like, we're all human beings."
According to the NFL rule 5, section 4, article 8 states that, "...The League will not grant permission for any club or player to wear, display, or otherwise convey messages, through helmet decals, arm bands, jersey patches, mouthpieces, or other items affixed to game uniforms or equipment, which relate to political activities or causes, other non-football events, causes or campaigns, or charitable causes or campaigns. Further, any such approved items must be modest in size, tasteful, non-commercial, and non-controversial; must not be worn for more than one football season."
Al-Shaair remarked that the "things going on" are bigger than him.

ICE Raids Generate Billions in Profits
According to Shahid Bolsen of Middle Nation - a YouTube Channel - Trump's deportation of immigrants is a "pilot project." They are going after immigrants today, but it will be everyone else tomorrow. Right now, it is easy for some Americans to ignore this ICE issue.
Former Black Panther Angela Davis has been warning people about the prison industrial complex for decades, and now, it is here, according to some activists. Shahid Bolsen says that the deportations are not based on any policy but on commerce.
Bolsen says that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) is a mercenary organization under contract by the private prison industry. CoreCivic and Geo Group run private prisons, and Bolsen claims they are making billions off of these detainments.
According to The MorePerfectUnion video, this past February, Geo Group was given a $1.2 billion contract to reopen a migrant detention center for ICE. In 2022, ICE paid CoreCivic $500 million. In March, CSI Aviation was given a $128 million contract to conduct deportation flights. In April, ICE gave Palantir, founded by PayPal founder Peter Thiel, $30 million to create an immigration surveillance platform.
Bolsen is right about these ICE agents. Watch ICE arrests. Look closely at the agents. They wrap their faces with ski masks and bandanas like South Central Los Angeles gang-bangers avoiding being identified after a drive-by shooting! In New York City, from what I have seen, ICE agents are mostly of Indian-descent, Muslim and non-Muslim.
In Santa Ana, California, ICE severely beat a father of three active Marines after he left immigration court. Narciso Barranco's attack was so vicious that the report kept referring to ICE as "alleged" agents because they did not follow any legal detainment guidelines. The beatdown was videotaped by onlookers who could be heard honking their car horns and yelling at the agents to stop beating him.
Initially, Trump said he would go after dangerous Latino gang members, but then he quickly focused on pro-Palestinian Muslim activists and Latinos in general. Why? Is it because the number of criminal immigrants was so small that detaining them did not satisfy the prison profiteers' profit model?
These shai'teen sit at their round tables thinking up ways to bolster their prison populations. A moral society would be trying to decrease the prison population, but a capitalist society is amoral. There are boundaries or limitations to how a capitalist can make money.
These prison profiteers will lobby legislators to create more unjust laws and policies that will entrap people (juveniles and adults) and get them detained. The government has sicced ICE on a California Senator, a New York City mayoral candidate, and the U.S. military on its own citizens in California for challenging these deportations.
Democrats have remained silent and inactive; maybe some of them are investors in these private prisons. The courts are going to flip-flop with detainment laws the same way they did with gay marriage before they finally made it the law of the land.
If they can legalize gay marriage for profit's sake, then they can legalize laws that lead to rampant imprisonment to satisfy their profiteers.
Illegally elected Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel held a similar "pilot" program during his reign of terror (2011-2019), where the Chicago Police secretly detained at the Homan Square (a.k.a. the black site) facility. He was a Zionist Democrat who ran Chicago like Occupied Palestine.
Don't be fooled by the Democrats' and Republicans' pointing fingers at each other. It is all political theater meant to distract us.

Countless Hadith about our morning du'a confirm that these du'a
will prevent harm from reaching us till the evening or next day.
The same applies to our evening du'a, recitations, or adhkar.
I would know; I have almost set the kitchen on fire many a time.
While preparing Iftar a few years ago I saw a gorgeous orange light peeking
through our kitchen glass doors as I returned to the kitchen from my room.
It turned out that the pretty light was a full-swing party of rather massive flames dancing off my wok of oil. Stunned, all I could do was recite,

[Quran~ Surah Al Anbiya; 21~ A # 69]
When the fight response pushed me into motion,
I poured water— on an oil fire!
Yet, defying physical laws, just as Allah cooled Namrud's fire for
Sayyidina Ibrahim (upon him be peace),
He calmed these fiery flames too.
How vividly this protection is illustrated throughout the Seerah
For instance when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to speak with the Jinn. Sayyidina Ibn Mas'ud (ra) agreed to accompany him there.
Just outside the abode of the Jinn, the Prophet's made hisaar, a protective ring, around Sayyidina Ibn Mas'ud. By Allah's will, this ring protected him from all types of jinn and shayateen who came in such varied forms:
Jinn, scorpions, snakes and so on – an unimaginably scary list.
Sayyidina Ibn Mas'ud narrates that they would just crash against the ring
the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had simply drawn
in the loose earth with his blessed finger as though they'd hit a wall.
And to this day I am certain that reciting from My Lord's blessed word is the only thing that saved me from those raging flames –
and at countless other moments when we perhaps
didn't even register.
Prophets and Mothers
That, and my Mother's du'a!
Remember how Allah cautioned Sayyidina Musa (a.s) to climb the mountain carefully after his mother's death, for she used to make du'a for him every day.
And with her passing away,
lowered forever were the hands that rose time and again in prayer-
most-earnest for her son.
Prayers that even Allah recognized as protection.
I can't imagine how direly in need we must be of our mothers' blessings and du'a. Today, right now, make special du'a for your parents.
And, make special effort to earn your place in their precious prayers.
Be an even better son, an even better daughter.
