Muslims at masjid Dar al-Hijra in Falls Church, Virginia,
with an 8-page document. The main item was an appeal from
Sis. Bilquis, mother of Masaud Khan, urging that he be
released on the basis of mercy and justice.
Masoud was not found guilty of any act of violence or
attempted violence. The government of Bush dug up the

Disagree with ISIS but don't fabricate Atrocities & Misapply
Hadith. Admonishing The Deen Show and Yasir Qadhi, two
Supporters of Imperialism.

The Deen Show has projected the views of Yasir Qadhi and
others to make the claim that ISIS is the enemy of
Islam.
It is one thing to disagree with a group like ISIS but to
fabricate stories about those who we don't agree with is
unIslamic and forbidden.
The Deen Show in its panic to support the western narrative
forgot how ridiculous is its headline that ISIS is the enemy
of Islam. On a daily basis the American and Russian air
forces bomb ISIS along with the air force of the tyrant
Assad and the air force of the US installed regime in
Baghdad. If the Deen Show and Yasir Qadhi were using their
common sense, they would have asked themselves: Are these
forces which are attacking ISIS the friends of Islam. Why
would they attack ISIS if ISIS is the enemy of Islam?
It has become of the habit of those who oppose mujahideen
groups to call them "khawarij." Let us study the hadith
which is used by anti-mujahudeen groups to link it to
"khawarij."
Let us first see what is the text of the hadith and study it
as a hadith. Here is the text:
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and
blessings be upon him, said, "There will be dissension and
division in my nation and a people will come with beautiful
words but evil deeds. They recite the Quran but it will not
pass beyond their throats. They will leave the religion as
an arrow leaves its target and they will not return until
the arrow returns to its notch. They are the worst of the
creation. Blessed are those who fight them and are killed by
them. They call to the Book of Allah but they have nothing
to do with it. Whoever fights them is better to Allah than
them." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is their
sign?" The Prophet said, "Shaving."

Notice that it is a general statement about people who talk
beautifully about Islam but in their real life they go right
out of Islam in their goals, objectives and behavior. Can we
condemn a group fighting the western powers as if it comes
under the meaning of this hadith? Obviously not, because
this hadith is not about groups who fight the armies of the
West and of their agents and tyrants.
Shaving? Do ISIS and other mujahideen groups shave? Not only
they don't but they have the biggest beards in the Muslim
world.
How did it come about that this hadith is "connected" to
"khawarij." It has to do with the narrations coming from
Ali, r.a., and those close to him. Here is a brief history
of this "connection."
In the battle of Siffin between Ali, r.a., and Muawiyyah,
r.a., the two sides accepted tehkeem, a form of mutual
adjudication. It was a trick used by Muawiyyah's side. The
followers of Ali, r.a., the best of them, in a group , left
him saying that instead of seeking the authority of Allah,
he had accepted the authority of the two negotiators.
Ali, r.a., considered these people, very pious people who
wanted to continue the battle against Muawiyyah, r.a., , as
those who left the camp of Islam, khawarij, who
misunderstood Islam although they were pious. Ali, r.a.,
connected the hadith quoted above to these "rebels."
After that Ali, r.a., tried to persuade them. It is said
that they killed his messenger and 3 other people, but this
is difficult to authenticate and seems like a justification.
After that Ali, r.a., went after them, all the way to
Nahrwan, and killed just about ALL, 1800 of them. Only 9
survived. They did not resist, except in a couple of cases.
Only 4 of Ali's people were killed while the entire group
which had left was wiped out. Can there be an excuse to kill
1800 people even if they had killed 3 or 4?
Soon after a man related to one man killed by Ali, r.a., at
Nahrwan killed him. It was the year 40 hijri.
Since that time, rulers have used this hadith to attack and
kill those who leave their rule. Mass killing is allowed. So
the title KHAWARIJ is helpful to justify GENOCIDE as America
is doing with ISIS, killing THOUSANDS.
Is the hadith authentic? I doubt it for two important
reasons:
It is not narrated by
The three rightly guided Caliphs, Abu Bakar, Umar and
Usman, Allah be pleased with them, who ruled before Ali,
r.a.
During the time of Abu Bakr, r.a., various tribes left
the fold of Islam and he fought them but did not apply this
hadith.
None of the Ushra Mubashra, , except Ali, r.a., have
narrated this hadith. These were the greatest Muslims who
were promised paradise while they were alive.
Ayesha, r.a., the most learned sahabia, and expert in
hadith, did not narrate it, though she was alive during Ali'
ra., caliphate.
Numerous other hadith oppose this hadith. For instance
the hadith whoch promises paradise to those Muslims who even
have even a mustard seed of faith in them. Even the hadith
which condemns apostacy gives the apostate the chance to
repent. The Prophet, pbuh, admonished Khalid, r.a., who
killed a person who was reciting kalima just to save his
life DURING BATTLE.
I kept the most important point for the end. The Qur'an,
sura hujurat, teaches very forcefully. that when two groups
of Muslims fight, make peace between them. The fight can
only continue when one side is proven to be recalcitrant and
even then it must be ended with peace:
If two parties among the Believers fall into a quarrel, make
ye peace between them: but if one of them transgresses
beyond boundsagainst the other, then fight ye (all) against
the one that transgresses until it complies with the command
of Allah; but if it complies, then make peace between them
with justice, and be fair: for Allah loves those who are
fair (and just) [49:9]
Yasir Qadhi, through the Deen Show, accused the Islamic
Caliphate of committing serious crimes. Qadhi's accusatons
are very general. He should mention specifics and state his
sources. Don't become like Trump claiming that Mexicans are
rapists. I challenge Qadhi to come forth with specifics and
I will answer.

Assad, near Collapse, Using Civilian Populations as
Hostages. This Explains the Daily Bombing.
December 21-27. Why is Assad bombing civilian populations
every day and is also being helped by the Russians in the
daily massacre? Assad's logic has now come out. He is
offering to let the civilians go away if the armed fighters
defending major cities go with them. Working through the UN
and humanitarian organizations, civilians are being readied
to be bused out of a suburb of Damascus and also from Homs.
The Islamic fighters will have to agree to go with the
civilians, thus relieving Assad of armed pressure very near
to Damascus as in Homs.
The people are starving and dramatized, so this might work
for Assad and his media will present it as a victory.

IS Changing its method of Fighting Back Owing to US Bombing
Raids & Huge Shi'ite Army
Breaking News: At the end of December 27, IS fighters were
still in control of 40% of Ramadi
December 22-27: Led by US bombing raids, a huge Baghdad
Shi'ite army first encircled and the then entered
Ramadi.
The Islamic State has only a couple hundred mujahideen
defending Ramadi. They are back in the guerrilla warfare
mode they are familiar with. The daily bombing raids by the
US air force have made conventional defense costly in human
lives if not impossible. Columns of tanks too can only be
stopped by martyrdom operators and grenade launchers used at
close at great risk.
Meanwhile USA took part in a commando raid with Kurdish
troops on Hawija in which a IS local commander was
killed.
Strangely, today the US bombers hit Sinjar which it had

Heavy Fighting Continues : FSA Leader Killed in Russian Air
Strike after accepting Peace Talks.
Just outside Damascus, a Russian air strike killed Zahran
Alloush and five of his junior commanders and 6 other of his
fighters. He was leader of the FSA faction known as Jaysh
al-Islam. He had opted for peace talks with the Assad regime
under pressure from Saudi Arabia.
The killing did not benefit the Assad regime. The day
Alloush was killed, Jaysh al-Islam appointed a new leader.
Also, now these naïve mujahideen can see that Assad is
interested in killing, not peace.
Meanwhile Islamic State advanced against the Alawite forces
south of Deir az-Zour while a secular Syrian force armed by
the US and US bombing raids advanced against IS up to the
Tishreen dam on the Euphrates rives.
Serious fighting is continuing in Lattakia, eastern Hama and
eastern Homs abs southern Aleppo province.
The fighting is taking a heavy toll of Hizbullah and Iranian
forces trying to advance on Aleppo city. Hizbullah has
suffered heavily, with one report saying that ONE THIRD of
Hizbullah fighters in Syria have been killed. Iranian troops
were no match for al-Nusra and Turkistan Islamic group and
have suffered so heavily that Iran is reported to be getting
ready to pull out and keep only advisers in Syria.

Brother Mauri Saalakhan has informed New Trend that there
are mobilizations planned for March 2016, to bring public
attention to the case of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui in Boston, New
York, DC, and Fort Worth, Texas. Please urge everyone to
invite the entire community to participate.
Sister Aafia in many ways is like the patron saint of the
Islamic Movement, even though she did not choose that role.
"If the US isn't doing anything about it, if the Pakistanis
don't do anything about it, people like Daesh (the Islamic
State) will exploit the case," her sister told the Pakistan
Tribune. Aafia was a very vibrant and enthusiastic student
activist at MIT and Brandeis, who was obsessed with helping
other Muslims. She organized a campaign to collect winter
boots for Bosnia. The winter boots campaign was initiated by
Benevolence International Foundation, whose founder Enaam
Ernaout is currently facing loss of citizenship after
serving 8 years in prison after the charity was targeted by
Donald Rumsfeld and John Ashcroft in the Bush years.
This woman is very close to my heart because at the time, I
too was collecting winter boots for Bosnia. I was going door
to door asking for donations of boots and winter clothing.
My local mosques were stacked to the ceiling with donations,
which we then trucked over to Chicago.
I believe Sister Aafia was targeted by the Zionists for all
kinds of wild accusations because she appeared in the Boston
Globe, speaking for her Islamic Students' Association,
saying: "Islam is such a beautiful religion that if
Americans learned about it, they would all want to become
Muslims." The Jews twisted her into someone who was trying
to impose Shariah on America.
Is it a coincidence that a short time later, she and her
children were abducted from a taxi in Pakistan in 2003? They
just disappeared. Aafia was then imprisoned at Bagram, a US
run prison, where she was raped and brutalized.
Nobody knew anything about her whereabouts until the day
there was a Taliban attack on Bagram Prison. A suicide
bomber exploded the entranceway of the prison, killing
security guards. Hundreds of prisoners were released back
into their community. They were all telling the same story.
There is a woman prisoner among the men, and they could hear
her constantly wailing for her children, who had been taken
from her by the soldiers. The baby is presumed dead. It was
extremely emotionally disturbing to listen to, even for
these hardened men.
A British official, Lord Nazir Ahmed was alerted as to the
situation by his constituents. I ran into him visiting a
mosque in the Boston area and talked to him about it. After
the UK inquiry as to the identity of this woman, a few days
later Aafia was said to be "found wandering around
Afghanistan" totally disoriented, then re-arrested by the
United States.
"She was dropped off in Ghazni (Afghanistan) and reunited
with her son in 2008, near the governor's compound; later
taken back into custody and shot by an American soldier
while awaiting re-interrogation," Mauri Saalakhan
explained.
An eyewitness said that Aafia, when she saw the US soldiers,
thought that they were here to save her. So she started
walking towards them. However, she was shot in the stomach.
In order to clean up their story, the US Army claims that
she attacked the soldier. She was sentenced to 86 years in
prison for the crime of being shot by a US soldier. They
left the bullet inside her for months. Then, when she
finally got surgery, it never properly healed. She went from
being the prettiest girl in the world to a bent over old
lady in a very short span of time.
Now, nobody even knows if she is alive or dead. She is
imprisoned at Federal Medical Center Carswell, the same
place where environmental activist Marie Mason and Attorney
Lynne Stewart were held before her release, praise God.
"When Aafia left, couple of hours or so later, there was a
knock at the door. My mom walked to the gate and asked 'who
is it?'" Fowzia Siddiqui, Aafia's sister told AFP.
"He... said something like: 'If you say anything or report
this to the police, you will have four dead bodies'."
Fowzia Siddiqui is a medical doctor. She has not been
granted permission to visit with her sister or even to speak
with her on the phone. This is very unusual prison treatment
for an incarcerated person in the United States. We need to
step in.
The Jericho Movement is also trying to get an independent
doctor to determine the health status of various political
prisoners. The system so far is preventing it. As prisoners
age and experience decades of incarceration, it is vital
that we are able to send our own doctors in to check on
them.

"The Story of Nuh" Christmas Day Lecture Draws Large Crowd
of Spirited Young Muslims, Leaves Many Questions
Unanswered

To attend a lecture on "The Story of Nuh" seemed to me, the
ideal "Christmas" day activity. The event was sponsored by
MakeSpace--a group of primarily youth and professionals
whose aims include "helping the community develop an
American Muslim identity." It was held at the Shirley Gate
Mosque in Fairfax, VA, in one of the nation's wealthiest
counties.
Despite a downpour of rain just prior to the event, the
parking lot was completely packed when I arrived a few
minutes into the lecture. The lecture hall in the mosque
basement, was similarly filled to capacity, with few empty
seats, with at least two thirds of the attendees young women
in hijab. Alhamdulillah it seemed the spirit of Islam was
alive among Northern Virginia Muslims.
The youthful lecturer, Adam Jamal, of Pakistani origin,
spoke eloquently and was very informative. Perusing Surah
Nuh in its entirety, he held the audience's attention for
the duration of the 3 hour event.
To my uninformed mind, the lecture, which afforded no Q&A
period, raised more questions than it answered. For
instance, early on in the lecture, Jamal spoke of the
delineation of one's people. Very often when you say "your
people," you mean those from your country of origin, said
Jamal. But in reality, your people are the people around
you, he insisted.
So, the lecturer was asserting that if one lived in Sodom
and Gomorrah, one's people would necessarily be the
Sodomites? Or if one lived in a war-mongering society which
murdered over a million Muslims without qualm, the war
mongers- and not the Muslims being killed, would be one's
people? I was not getting it.
Further into the lecture, Jamal described the treatment
meted out by a corrupt society to a warner, messenger, or in
general to one who tells the truth (and in doing so
challenges the prevailing power structure):
Prevailing powers attempt to coopt the warner; if that
does not work,
The prevailing powers attempt to discredit the warner,
make fun of him, or designate him as crazy; if that does not
work,
The prevailing powers torture or even kill the
warner.
Adam Jamal did not offer any examples of who such a warner,
gadfly, or maverick might be in our times. Some possible
examples which came to mind, and from which he might have
drawn, were Dr. Omar Abdel Rahman (blind, diabetic
hafiz-e-Qur'an and opponent of the Egyptian dictatorship,
imprisoned for life in the American Gulag for his staunch
opposition to the U.S. backed dictator in country); Osama
Bin Ladin (millionaire Saudi who left all worldly belongings
to fight first the Soviets and then the American invaders in
Afghanistan); and Lal Masjid's Abdul Rashid Ghazi (Pakistani
cleric who opposed the aerial destruction of a plethora of
mosques across the Pakistani frontier, and who ultimately
gave his life when his mosque was besieged by the Pakistan
army).
Despite the very stark parallels to today's society and
Nuh's (AS) time, Jamal failed to draw a single parallel
between the two, rendering the lecture entirely theoretical.
Oddly, the lecturer also did not mention Nuh's (AS)
estrangement from his son, who rejected Islam, the fact that
Nuh (AS) left him behind when the flood came, and the
symbolic value of such a decision. He did however,
repeatedly emphasize the 950 year period during which Nuh
(AS) struggled to establish Allah's way, as if it were a
literal 950 years (I'm not convinced it was).
The event was part of a series put together by the Bayyinah
Institute. Bayyinah emphasizes the importance of learning
Arabic, and appears allied with Zaytuna College, Qurtaba
Institute, and other U.S. government approved Muslim
entities which seek to coopt and render politically impotent
young Muslims with a passion for Islam. And clearly, the
Muslim youth who filled the room to the brim that evening
had that passion. In sequestering themselves at a Muslim
event on a rainy "Christmas" evening, they were clearly
saying "La" to the shirk, materialism, and excesses
surrounding them that day. The question remained how a paid
Qur'anic Arabic lecturer such as Jamal would direct such
positive energies.

"Transgender" Child in Ecuador Delights American Media:
Morality without Context does not Work!

New York City - "The unbelievers are protectors, one of
another" (Holy Qur'an 8:73). Rev. Al "The Charlatan"
Sharpton and "One-Term" Mayor Bill de Blasio worked together
to feed the homeless and hand out toys on Christmas Day
2015. This comparable to a big time neighborhood drug dealer
giving away turkeys on Thanksgiving Day after a year of
selling poison to poor addicted souls!
May Bill de Blasio has made it perfectly clear that he will
not do anything to challenge the NYPD's authority. Now, that
his son, who is of African-descent, is fully recognized by
the NYPD there is no threat of them shooting him under any
suspicious circumstances, which is what so many other
families of African-descent have had to deal with over the
years. And, of course, Sharpton and the Mayor de Blasio,
prosecutors, the Governor Cuomo, etc get along because his
primary target in these civil suits against the city for
police misconduct is the taxpayer!
Transsexual Couple Expecting Child
In Ecuador, a transgender couple is expecting a child. Now,
bear with me, because, of course, this is confusing! You
have a man dressed like a woman (Diane Rodriguez) and you
have a woman dressed like a man (Fernando Machado). They do
take hormones to look like their chosen sex but, neither of
them have undergone the gender-assignment surgery. In other
words, they still have the genitalia and functions they have
had since they were born. To make things even more
confusing, Fernando, who is really a woman, is pregnant!
The church has not come out against this couple, which is
surprising to them but, they believe it is because they are
having this child, insha'allah, biologically and not through
adoption, which the church vehemently opposes. These people
are playing games with their own lives and with the lives of
their unborn child.
Of course, the American media is lauding this pregnancy
announcement as a progressive move for society. But, into
what type of confusion will this baby be born? Oprah
announced a similar event on her show, years ago. The media
announces these stories with tricky titles, such as "Father
is Pregnant." But, Allah knows best and no amount of cross
dressing or hormones is going to make lawful what He says
should not be: A real man giving birth!
I was surprised that something this amoral can be announced
in a highly Roman Catholic area of the world. However, for
evil like this to thrive there has to be weak faith enough
to let this prevail. Homosexuality and transsexuality is
still not the norm elsewhere in Latin America. But, all the
devil needs is daylight and the Catholic Church has its
issues with the sexual proclivities of its members, which
also leave the church open to extortion. It has been
reported that Pope Benedict was coerced into stepping down
because of a gay swingers club among the priests and church

How can the Catholic Church impose moral rules when their
relationship with their god is so murky?
I was watching snippets of a PBS program on Prohibition in
the U.S. when one of the people being interviewed proclaimed
that the reason why the prohibition of alcohol failed is
because you cannot legislate morality. Only in a secular
society is this thought so pervasive! The reason why
Prohibition failed is because it was the ONLY form of
morality being legislated while so much immorality was being
practiced so openly. Complacency is the daylight shaitan
needs to run amok. (Holy Qur'an 8:73).
