Muhammad, p, TAUGHT LOVE, RESPECT FOR DAUGHTER:

"From 'Ayesha, r.a.: When Fatima enters (our home), the messenger of Allah STANDS UP, kisses and welcomes her, then takes her hand and asks her to sit in the place where he usually sits." [Hadith, Jami' Tirmidhi.]

PEACEFUL WAYS Which U.S. MUSLIMS can use to DEFEAT ISRAEL:

Jamaat al-Muslimeen is carrying out a nationwide campaign to get Muslims to stop buying from businesses which support/fund Israel. On April 16, Jamaat al-Muslimeen's BOYCOTT brochure was given to 300 people at Masjid al-Rahma in Baltimore after Juma' prayers (that is just about the entire congregations). Similar efforts are underway in Chicago and other cities.

Want to join Jamaat al-Muslimeen? Send a letter of support to: Jamaat al-Muslimeen, P.O. Box 10881, Baltimore, MD 21234. By phone: 410-435-5000 or visit: www.newtrendmag.org and click on Jamaat al-Muslimeen.

THOUGHTS OF THE DAY:

The Muslim world is just starting to wake up. Already the spirit of Islam has given two victories to the Islamic fighters. The idea of inevitability of U.S. dominance has evaporated. Look at the two victories: --------------------------------------------------------------------

ISRAEL: The Tool of Dajjal [Anti-Christ] Sees Murder of Islamic Leaders as a Way to Imposition of Slavery on Palestine.
'Abdel Aziz Rantisi's Assassination Was Probably Okayed in the Sharon-Bush-Mubarak "Talks"

by our Palestine Monitor

"The messenger of Allah, peace be on him, stood among the people and gave praise to Allah which is His due and then spoke of Dajjal. He (the Prophet) said: I warn you against the coming of Dajjal, and there has not been a prophet who did not warn against Dajjal, but I will put it to you in a way which they did not. That is: Dajjal is one-eyed and Allah is not one-eyed." [Hadith of Muhammad, pbuh, in Bukhari's Sahih, kitabul Fitan.]

April 17: Gaza, Palestine. An Apache helicopter, armed, paid for and delivered by the USA to the Jews of Israel, fires a missile at the top Islamic leader of Palestine, Abdel Aziz Rantisi. He is killed, along with his son and a close friend. His wife's body has not been found, so there is a chance that she might have survived. Ten other Palestinians are wounded.

Israel proudly takes responsibility for the assassination. Sharon has just returned from a visit with President Bush who only days earlier carried out secret talks with Mubarak of Egypt.

Ostensibly, Mubarak and Sharon were discussing Israel's planned withdrawal from Gaza with Bush. Analysts say that the Sharon plan was merely a cover for the core issue of the Mubarak-Bush-Sharon talks, otherwise the talks would not be secret.

The three regimes have remained tight lipped about the content of the talks. Analysts say that the central issue, too sensitive to be reported, has to be Bush road map's stipulation that before "peace," the Islamic movement MUST BE DISMANTLED. The image of Israeli dream world analysts provide is that of the lion who is captured, drugged, declawed and defanged. The lion wakes up in a zoo where he is told that the area alloted to him is his "homeland" and now he is "free" to roam around.

The problem for America's plans comes from the Islamic movement. Mubarak, Sharon and Bush see the same danger. All three have worked hard to destroy the Islamic movement. The initiative against Islam comes from the Bush administration and the power structure in America. The U.S. HAS DEFINED EVERY ISLAMIC MOVEMENT CAPABLE OF PICKING UP A GUN as a TERRORIST "group." Here is a sample of "terrorists" according to the U.S.:
  1. Hamas (Palestine)
  2. Islamic Jihad (Palestine)
  3. Gama al-Islamiyya (Egypt)
  4. Lashkare Taiba ( Kashmir)
  5. ALL resistance groups (Iraq)
  6. Jihad movement (Chechnia)
  7. Hizb-ut-Tahrir ( Uzbekistan)
  8. Jamaa al-Islamiyya ( Indonesia)
and so on around the world.

Bush, Sharon and Mubarak believe that the best way to end the resistance is to kill the leaders of the resistance. The FIRST BOMB dropped on Baghdad aimed at killing Saddam.

Sharon PERSONALLY ordered the assassination of Shaikh Yassin. Now, after meeting Bush, he gets Rantisi murdered.

A force has emerged in the world which can be described as DAJJAL in the words of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). This force, the anti-Christ, looks at the world through ONE EYE. The result is a special kind of blindness, a distorted, one sided, dangerous view of the world.

Some people think that Israel is DAJJAL, because that would fit into weak narrations about armageddon and the end of days. Our emphasis should be on the authentic narrations which deal with the ONE EYED condition of Dajjal and its power. Israel does not have the power which Dajjal is supposed to have. In fact, without America, Israel would go into rapid collapse. Thus the American power structure is the actual Dajjal which uses Israel as its cat's paw.

The one-eyed behavior comes from a TOTAL MISUNDERSTANDING of Islamic resistance and the spirit of Jihad. Bush has Jewish advisers otherwise he would be told:
  1. Killing Islamic leaders does not mean that the resistance will end. Such murders are a serious misunderstanding of the Islamic mode of thought.
  2. Islamic resistance is not based on available resources and weapons (or lack thereof) but on the promise of life in the Hereafter and the forgiveness of all sins Allah grants to martyrs.
  3. We are living in the era of Jihad. The more the U.S. and Israel hit the Islamic forces, the more people will join Jihad.
The way to peace is through acceptance of the fact that Palestine belongs to the Palestinians, not to the Jews. Killing the leaders might cause temporary disorganization, or amateurish counterattacks, but there is no chance that the Palestinians will get scared and accept a puppet entity controlled by Bush-Sharon-Mubarak.

COMMENT FROM IMAM BADI ALI from NORTH CAROLINA: Those who carried out the bloc vote for Bush should think about whom they helped. It was a major sin and those who did it have still not apologized to the Muslims of America.

An Imam Challenges the Wall Street Journal
POLITICAL PRISONER in a FREE WORLD: Imam 'Umar Speaks

by Tarik W. Croft

As Warith Deen Umar strokes his graying Sunni beard, his eyes speak with a fire that even propaganda cannot quelch. An iron-willed and understanding man, Imam Umar has embraced some of the more troubled citizens currently in jail. This comes from his 25 year service inside of New York State's Prison Chaplain System. Not a man of overwhelming stature, his strength seems to draw from dark, fiery eyes that emit a demand for respect and allows people to know he is a force to be reckoned with.

Presently Umar is embroiled in a bitter lawsuit with the Wall Street Journal. A seemingly innocent interview became one of the most slanderous pieces ever written. In an article done by the Journal, he is labelled as an extremist with terrorist loyalties. In particular, the Saudi Arabian government have been called his financial backers; he has been accused of adopting the Saudi Wahhabism and using his position as a Chaplain to spread the word and recruit inmates. In an excerpt taken from his book and then falsified, he is stated as applauding the events of 9.11 and warning of future terrorist acts.

Umar has already sued the paper for its slanderous and libelous writing and issued a response to the article where he states: "I never applauded the events of 9.11. I did say, however, that if you continue to hold a people down, they will fight back."

Armed with previous precedents in which the Journal has done this type of thing before, he hopes to win his $5 million suit against the paper considered the most "accurate and respected in the world."

There is more to this man than messy litigations. He is a brother who is willing to fight the modern day slavery that we as Blacks in America face. Just his situation with the paper shows how Whites will attempt to slander the black name to swing public opinion. But much like Ida B. Wells spoke out on the Black lynchings, Umar speaks against the establishment.

Trial Could Be a Test of USA Patriot Act
4/14/04

Associated Press

BOISE, Idaho - The trial of a Saudi Arabian student accused of using his computer to help Islamic militants overseas is being seen as a key test of a USA Patriot Act provision that prohibits offering help to terrorist groups.

A 12-person jury was seated Tuesday to hear the case of Sami Omar Al-Hussayen, 34, a University of Idaho graduate student facing three counts of supporting terrorism by running Web sites that support the violent Palestinian group Hamas and organizations that advocate attacks on the United States.

He also has been accused of maintaining bank accounts in four states to funnel money to a Michigan organization that federal agents claim has links to terrorists. In addition, the government has filed visa fraud and false statement charges against Al-Hussayen.

A federal judge questioned potential jurors on their knowledge of Islam, religious conflicts in the Middle East and Chechnya, their computer ability and their personal feelings on terrorism before attorneys picked the final panelist.

"These issues are somewhat volatile and the type of things that sometimes cause a person to get angry," U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge said. "It's important that you keep an open mind throughout the trial."

Opening statements were scheduled Wednesday.

Al-Hussayen, who has denied any wrongdoing, has been charged with a Patriot Act provision that a federal judge in California already has ruled threatens both First and Fifth Amendment rights.

U.S. District Judge Audrey Collins ruled in January that the act's measure barring "expert advice or assistance" to groups designated foreign terrorist organizations is too vague.

"We have a law that is shaky at best," said Rand Lewis, director of the Martin Institute for Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and the Martin School of International Affairs at the University of Idaho. "My feeling is that Sami is going to be the test case in this."

He said the government was attempting to use the law to prosecute not terrorist leaders, their lieutenants or those who actively support them with cash and safe-havens, but people who may inadvertently provide assistance because of their special skills.

"Passive supporters often don't know they're supporting terrorism," Lewis said. "So when you get into these gray areas about what people know and what they don't know, I think the law is going to have a difficult time."

Al-Hussayen, jailed since his arrest 14 months ago, spoke frequently with defense attorney David Nevin during jury selection. Several friends from Moscow, Idaho, were in the courtroom in a show of support.

"It's just a misunderstanding," said Samir Shahat, an Egyptian who came to know Al-Hussayen while a visiting researcher at the University of Idaho." It is very difficult to believe that this innocent person can be such a monster."

The terrorism counts are punishable by up to 15 years each, the visa fraud charges by up to 25 years each and the false-statement counts by five years each. Al-Hussayen has been declared subject to deportation.
