Peshawar: July 19: Jamaat-e-Islami Emir Sirajul Haq has expressed concern over deteriorating security situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, appealing authorities in Islamabad and Kabul to find a solution to the problem through dialogue.
If the north west of Pakistan would remain disturbed, Afghanistan would also face the heat, he said in a statement on Wednesday.
Haq said the enemies of the two countries were plotting to create rift between the two Islamic neighbors. The governments, he said, must remain vigilant to counter the conspiracies.
The JI chief said the transparent and timely elections were the way forward to put Pakistan on track. The economy would further collapse creating other multiple crises if the elections were delayed or rigged, he said. The people, he said, must vote for the honest and dedicated leadership in the upcoming polls instead of providing further opportunity to already tested political parties. He said the PDM and the PPP government failed to provide any relief to the people, continuing the PTI policies. The Jamaat-e-Islami was the only option left with the masses to bring real change, he added.
The JI Emir said the government was considering an increase in the gas tariff after raising the electricity prices. He said the rulers were not willing to make little compromise on their own luxuries and protocols and always sought sacrifices from the poor masses. The masses, he said, were no longer ready to be scapegoats. He said the bad-governance, corruption and unjust distribution of resources were the root causes of the country’s problems. The tested parties lacked ability to fix the problems, he said. Therefore, he added, new faces should reach to the parliament instead of feudal lords and imperialists who had been looting the resources for long

'Muharram' is one of the four {4} sacred months out of twelve {12}The others being...Zul-Qa`dah,Dhul-Hijjah,and Rajab.

'Ashura'~ [meaning tenth in Arabic] The 10th of Muharram. Fasting on the 10th Muharram 'Ashura'was obligatory on the Muslims before the fasts of 'Ramadan' were made obligatory.
Narrated by the Mother of the Believers Aisha(Allah be pleased with her) --- The people used to fast on 'Ashura' {the tenth (10th) day of the month of 'Muharram'}before the fasting of 'Ramadan' was made obligatory, and on that day the 'Kaaba' used to be covered with a cover.
When Allah made the fasting of the month of 'Ramadan' compulsory.

UK The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which oversees almost all criminal prosecutions in England and Wales, has become the latest public body to fall prey to gender ideology.
This is all too clear from its new domestic-abuse guidance, which was originally published in December last year.
Prosecutors have been told that withholding money for a family member to transition, or sharing pre-transition images of them, could constitute ‘criminal coercive control’.
This is a remarkable move on the part of the CPS.
Since the Serious Crime Act 2015, the crime of coercive control can be committed against anyone that you are having or have had an intimate personal relationship with.
This includes current or former partners and even your children.
So what would happen to a parent who found testosterone in their 12-year-old’s bedroom and destroyed it, and the child then called the police? The guidance suggests that this parent could be prosecuted.
It is as if it has been written by a trans activist.
The CPS claims that the public was consulted when the guidance was drawn up.
But it’s unlikely people were consulted in any meaningful way, given the outrage it provoked when its contents finally reached a wider audience over the past few weeks.
As a co-founder of campaign group Fair Cop, I first became worried about the direction of travel in the CPS last June.
That was when director of public prosecutions Max Hill KC tweeted out his congratulations to trans-identifying man Sophie Cook, who had been appointed as the new ‘Speak Out Champion’ at the CPS.
Cook’s remit is to ‘embed’ Diversity, Inclusion and Equality into the workforce.
I questioned Hill at the time about appointing Cook to this role.
After all, Cook is not coy about expressing his distaste for women who believe that sex is real and that it matters.
What would become of the ‘gender critical’ CPS employees?, I asked.
No answer came.
Over the months that followed, Fair Cop received more information from those worried about ideological capture in the CPS.
This culminated in Fair Cop’s open letter to Max Hill on 8 July 2023.
There we set out in detail the worrying information we had received about the activities of Sophie Cook and other trans-rights activists.
Many of these activists played a part in CPS hate-crime advisory panels and in its May and June ‘hate crimes’ newsletters.
These newsletters thought it appropriate to cite two live criminal proceedings as examples of ‘transphobic hate’, which the CPS should surely know could constitute contempt of court.
It’s pretty clear what is happening here.
By appointing Sophie Cook last year, the CPS essentially announced it is firmly on the side of trans activists.
Gender-critical employees and even gender-critical defendants could now face discrimination, even though this is against the law.
And now, judging by this domestic-abuse guidance, its ideological capture is nearing completion.
This really matters.
The CPS is our independent prosecuting authority.
It has to be impartial and it has to treat everyone fairly.
The new domestic-abuse guidance does neither.
It could empower a barrister to crossexamine a weeping spouse who has been told her inability to call her husband of 20 years ‘she’ or ‘her’ makes her criminally abusive.
Criminal barrister Dennis Kavanagh has suggested that if he was asked to do this he would return the brief, as it would be in breach of the Bar Standards Board’s code of conduct.
Prosecutions should take place by operation of the law, not according to the ideological bent of the prosecutor.
Max Hill has a month to respond to Fair Cop’s open letter and then we will take advice as to whether legal action is possible.
It really shouldn’t have come to this.
But with politicians and civil servants too afraid or too brainwashed to say anything as simple as ‘women don’t have penises’, it now falls to the public to start fighting back.

Russia warns Ukraine-bound ships on Black Sea from Thursday
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the military had been instructed to strengthen the security of ports after the Russian attacks against Odesa and elsewhere.
A video of Russian mercenary boss Yevgeny Prigozhin welcoming his Wagner fighters to Belarus was posted by his press service on the Telegram messaging app.

Nigerians(especially the Muslim folks) have been enjoyed to renew their trusts in Allah, the disposer of all affairs, in the face of hardship occasioned by hike in the price of fuel pump price which touches on almost every aspect of our livelihoods.
This came from khutbah of Jumat service of Mosjid Ahlu Sunnah central mosque, Parafa, Ikorodu in Lagos.
Imam Abdullah Jabata while commenting on the attitude of Muslims in apportioning all blames to the constituted authority notes that we all fail to note that our cumulative misdemeanor to Allah could also be responsible for what we are getting today.
What about where we place our trust? Within us, do we really agree that Allah provides what everyone gets as provision from above the Arsh? These and many other rhetorical questions were put forward for people of reasoning to ponder on.
Imam opines that if we all Muslims are truly submissive to Allah in entirety we will certainly get a fair share and Allah will give us leaders who are merciful to the masses Many of us who learned Islamic education in known Madrasahs have turned to soothsayers and marabouts if not complete ritualists, using human beings and human body parts for sacrifices of all sorts.
All of us have too many atrocities against the way of Allah which make us deserving of His wrath(may Allah save us from such).
Imam concludes his sermon by imploring all to go back to Allah in sincere repentance and patiently wait for His mercies.
