Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, initiated what we now call medical
and health research. Muslims are being told here that
health, vitality and treatment are religious obligations.
This hadith should be read along with well known hadith on
seeking knowledge.
Jamaat al-Muslimeen activity in Baltimore County
4-page Document Given to 142 Muslims after Juma: Sensitive
Material No Masjid Mentions.
On December 23, at Baltimore's biggest masjid, Masjid Rahma
[known as ISB], there was a large crowd for Juma' salat.
It was a crowd of great variety but the biggest numbers were
Pakistani Americans, Arab Americans and African Americans.
There were smaller numbers from various African countries,
Kosova, Bangladesh, India and even a few White converts to
Islam.
The khutba was as usual totally non-political. The khateeb
lectured the audience on respect for elders and family unity
and gave Islamic texts to support his points.
The 4-page Jamaat document contained the following

A Russian military plane which was flying to
Syria to participate in "victory" celebrations crashed into
the sea. All 92 abroad were killed. Was it gunned down? No
proof yet. Dancers and singers were samong those on the
plane.

Over 8 years of Obama's presidency, Israel's process of
turning occupied territory into "settlements" continued.
Israel "proper" [occupied Palestine] could not be challenged
but even the so-called settlements became legitimate in the
eyes of the Jews.
This time, Obama's representative decided to abstain on the
UN resolution urging an end to settlement activity. Such
resolutions don't mean anything . Israel continues to be
heavily armed and received more military aid under Obama
than ever before.
Even the advice not to continue to further develop the
settlements makes Israel angry.
General Sissi wanted to fool Muslims by initiating the
current UN resolution but froze in his tracks when Trump
went over Obama's head to oppose the resolution
Jordan Attacked by ISIS Supporters
There were two attacks in Jordan's Karak province. In the
first attack in the evening of December 18, 7 Jordanian
security officers, two affiliated civilians and a Canadian
tourist were killed. Another 15 security men, 17 affiliated
civilians and 2 Canadian tourists were wounded. The 4 gunmen
in the attack were also killed.
In the second attack, on December 20, 4 Jordanian securfity
and one attacker were killed and 2 attackers captured.
[Jordan is the leading ally of Israel in the region and a
participant in bombing raids on ISIS.]

Was the fall of Eastern Aleppo a Victory for Russia or a
Crime of International Proportions?

People often forget that the people of Syria rose up against
the regime of Bashar al-Assad in peaceful demonstrations.
They had no weapons and were helpless when the regime took
military action against them. Bashar wanted to follow the
example of his father Hafez al-Assad who had destroyed the
rebellion in Hama in 1982 with unexpected brutality.
Thousands were killed by Hafez and mosques were demolished
and casinos built on their sites. More importantly Hafez was
able to isolate Hama from the rest of the country and even
more importantly from the entire Muslim world. I was
visiting Iran at that time, basking in the glory of the
revolution there. The Iranian media brushed off the Hama
tragedy as a minor insurrection. Before most people knew
about Hama, it was over, rapidly and ruthlessly
suppressed.
The uprising against Bashar al-Assad rapidly spread from
city to city owing to social media which had made the Arab
Spring successful in Egypt. The Zionist Jewish writer for
The New York Times Judith Miller, had advised Arab dictators
to crush uprisings using the "Hama methodology." Bashar
tried utmost brutality but it backfired. Syrians, encouraged
by the Arab Spring in Egypt and Tunisia thought that they
too could get rid of their dictator by rallying in the
mosques and streets in large numbers. Bashar had a well
trained mercenary army which though consisting mainly of
Sunnis was led by the Alawite-Shiite relatives and friends
of Bashar as well as his Christian allies.
As the uprising became national and Bashar's attempts to
suppress it became more violent, the Sunni lower ranks and
some of his Sunni officers defected and joined the crowds of
Syrians trying to stop Assad's forces from entering their
cities . The desire to fight back was also spurred by
Assad;s death squads known as the Shabiha who arrested,
tortured, raped and killed several thousand Syrians. The
horrors of suppression made news in the Muslim world and
"militant" Muslims including those from al-Qaida streamed
into Syria and helped the defectors to train and organize
ordinary Syrians who wanted to fight back.
Aleppo was one of the last cities to fall to the resistance.
Many Sunni businessmen there did not want to oppose Assad as
it was a huge center for business which supported the
regime. However the extreme volence of the regime turned the
people against Assad and they supported the organization of
resistance which came to be known as the Free Syrian Army
[FSA]. Heavy fighting took place within the city and most of
the city fell into the hands of the resistance Some areas in
the west of the city were Alawite in their population and
were helped by the regime to stop the complete takeover of
the city.
The Islamic fighters though few were the most staunch in
their ability to fight back and the FSA forces they trainec
were among the best. The people soon realized that in the
time of breakdown of established order, Sharia or Islam Law
was the best way of maintaining decency and organization.
The influence of al-Qaida under the banner of al-Nusra grew.
There were numerous factions all of which claimed to be
Islamic and wanted to outdo al-Nusra.
Assad's forces repeatedly tried to re-take Aleppo but failed
after bitter fighting. The situation all over the country
start to tilt against Assad when eastern and south eastern
Syria joined the burgeoning Islamic State or ISIS with its
capital in al-Raqqa. It seemed that Assad's regime would be
toppled.
At that point, probably at the instigation of Iran, well
trained units of the Lebanese Hizbullah came into Syria to
defend Bashar Assad's regime. Hizbullah suffered heavy
losses but it gave Bashar's regime enough latitude to
assault Aleppo on a daily basis with air attacks and
helicopters dropping barrel bombs meant to cause civilian
casualties. Hizbullah was joined by Iranian generals and
then by Iranian revolutionary guard forces which with the
maximum support of Assad's air force tried to force their
way into Aleppo from the south. They approached Aleppo but
were beaten back by self-sacrificing FSA volunteers and hard
core al-Nusra and other Islamic groups.
Aleppo continued to be bombed every day but the Russian
entry into the war tilted the balance. The Russians wiped
out all the resources which helped the civilian population
to survive, including hospirals, clinics, bakeries, water
supplies and electric supplies.
Entire blocks of buildings collapsed under the deluge of
bombs from the Russian air force. The bombing continued
around the clock. The people stood firm with the resistance
forces despite opportunities to leave. At that stage of
extreme suffering of the population, Hizbullah, Iranian and
Russian forces entered Aleppo from the north.
The resistance had no anti-aircraft weapons, no artillery
and no tanks. Still they put up a resistance which has no
equal. They could not be re-supplied but they would not
surrender. Finally they were able to leave the shattered
city when al-Nusra and other groups encircled two Shia
villages in the western part of Aleppo province and an
exchange of populations ensued.
The Assad-Iranian-Russian methodology is to bomb civilian
populations till it becomes impossible to fulfill the needs
of the people. Notice that the people did not want to live
under Assad's regime however helpless they might have
been.
This was certainly no victory for Assad and the Russians.
This was a stupendous crime against the people of Syria
which America and Turkey watched with masterly inaction.
Most of Syria remains under Islamic rule and there is
,little chance that Assad can rule Syria although he may
destroy kits cities and enslave its people.
The Islamic spirit to fight back is very much alive and no
one has surrendered.

Islamabad. Dec. 21; Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan,
Senator Sirajul Haq, said that if the process of
accountability was laughably started from 1947 as desired by
the rulers, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's turn would not
come till the Day of Judgment.
Speaking at the Talent Hunt programme of the Islami Jamiat e
Talaba Expo, in the federal capital on Wednesday, he said
that the Pakistan as envisioned by the Quaid e Azam was not
the Pakistan dominated by the corrupt, dacoits and cheats.
He said that the rulers had given nothing to the nation
except poverty, hunger, unemployment and exploitation.
Sirajul Haq said that all state institutions in the country
at present were running in losses only because of the
corruption of the rulers. He said that if the 375 billion
dollars of the Pakistanis lying in Swiss banks were
transferred to the country, all citizens could be provided
fee education and health besides employment.
The JI chief said that a public awakening was essential to
end the prevailing system of exploitation and injustice. If
the masses rejected the political pundits, the politics of
the elite would automatically come to an end.
Sirajul Haq reiterated that if the JI got a chance, it would
provide universal free education under a uniform education
system. The unemployed youth would be given unemployment
allowance besides along with old age allowance to senior
citizens.
It was a matter of shame that the President and the Prime
minister of the country lived in palaces, while thousands of
poor people were forced to spend their lives on the
footpath.
Sirajul Haq lauded the role of the Islami Jamiat e Talaba
and its services for the country and the nation. He said the
IJT had offered huge sacrifices while safeguarding the
Pakistan ideology as around ten thousand IJT workers had
embraced martyrdom in Bangladesh during their struggle to
save the country.
War News
Heavy Fighting Continues as Turkish, Kurdish and Alawite
Forces move towards al-Raqqa.
Battles in Damascus suburbs, Homs desert, Hama countryside.
El Bab bombed by Turkey thrice.
December 25: Shia-Alawite troops were blown up by mines in
the ruins of eastern Aleppo. Russia and Hizbullah had warned
Shia Alawite troops not to enter the ruins to loot and
steal. They ignored the warnings and were blown up by series
of mine explosions which killed 63 Damascus troops and
injured many others.
Also the evacuation of Aleppo seems to be complete but
western Aleppo Alawite enclave is coming under sporadic fire
from FSA fighters in the countryside.
There is one report that the Zahraa district of Aleppo is
still under Islamic control but there is no
verification.
Also December 23-25 heavy clashes are reported from the
eastern Ghouta suburbs of Damascus between the Jaysh
al-Islam fighters and Assad's elite troops.
Setback for Turkey and Turkish air force massacres El-Bab
Civilians:
On December 21. a Syrian faction under Turkish leadership
tried to capture the IS stronghold of El Bab north east of
Aleppo. After heavy fighting the Turkish led assault was
beaten back. Both sides suffered heavily with 51 Turkish led
militia and 33 ISIS fighters killed.
The defeat seems too have aggravated the Turks, so from
December 22 to December 25, the Turkish air force has been
indiscriminately bombing the people of El=Bab. According the
Observatory. Turkey has massacred the covilians killing 1o4
including 26 children and 13 women. Many more are
wounded.
Meanwhile the SDF force consisting mainly of Communist Kurds
is swooping down to isolate the ISIS capital of Raqqa. By
December 25 SDF was only 5 miles from al-Tabaqa where the
Euphrates dam is llocated and where some ISIS leaders live.
The US air force supporting SDF is reported to have killed
25 fighters of ISIS in this advance.
Heavy fighting is going on ]in the desert around Palmyra
with ISIS trying to advance towards Homs and being bombed by
the Russian air force.
ISIS and Assad's forces are locked in battle around the T4
air base. ISIS is gaining but not much owing to the Russian
air force.
Assad's death squads have infiltrated the Islamic province
of Idlib [north west Syria] and have assassinated three
people including one who had defected from Assad's
troops.
FSA and ISIS are trying to advance towards Hama from two
different direcions. and being shelled by Hizbullah
artillery.
December 25. There has been some shelling of Assad's
stronghold of Damascus. Its not clear if it was done by ISIS
or by FSA.

Mosul. Week 10
A Defensive Victory for the Caliphate, Confirmed about 5,000
Shia & Kurd Elite Forces Killed.
December 19-25. . The fighting continues with ongoing US air
strikes. The Shia armada and the Kurdish forces have been
fought to a standstill. More than 100 martyrdom operators in
truck bombs have terrified the assaulting forces.
The mujahideen forces too are slowly being whittled down but
for two weeks now, the raiders have come out of Mosul to
attack the massive Shia & Kurdish forces.
Latest reports are that US forces are now embedding deeply
with the Baghdad forces.
The people of Mosul seem to have stayed loyal to IS. A force
of 5000 [now down by a few hundreds] cannot stop 1.5 million
people from leaving.
The US-backed Baghdad regime has complained to the UN about
leaking out the figure of about 5,000 Baghdad troops killed
which is about the same figure released by IS which is
meticulously keeping count of the besieging troops it is
killing.
The American general supervising the operation has admitted
that the operation has failed and the RESET BUTTON needs to
be pressed, he said.
QAIM MASSACRE
A sunni legislator in Baghdad has brought up the issue of
the massacre in Qaim which was indiscriminately bombed by
the Baghdad air force on December 8. The legislator is
complaining that the air force was not careful about its
bombing of Sunni civilian population.
Failure at Tal Afar
The hard core Shia militias who were eager to take part in
the battle to capture Tal Afar [they were chanting "Ya Ali"]
have failed to defeat the Islamic State fighters defending
the city. It is the doorway from Iraq into Syria.

U.S. Attorney extends political attack on Rasmea, brings new
indictment against the Palestinian American
Today, U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade announced that a grand
jury she had empaneled returned a new, superseding
indictment against Rasmea Odeh for unlawful procurement of
naturalization. This new indictment, just four weeks before
her retrial, is a vicious attack by prosecutors desperate
after a series of setbacks in their case against the
Chicago-based Palestinian American community leader. From
the outset, the government has attempted to exclude and
discredit evidence of Rasmea's torture at the hands of
Israeli authorities, but the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals
ruled against the prosecution, which led to the retrial; and
the government's own expert affirmed that Rasmea lives with
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Knowing that it faces the real prospect of losing a retrial
before a jury, the U.S. Attorney's office has reframed its
case against Rasmea, putting allegations of terrorism front
and center. In the first trial in 2014, prosecutors were
barred from using the word "terrorism," because Judge
Gershwin Drain agreed the word would bias the jury. The new
indictment adds two allegations that preclude this
protection: first, that the crimes she was forced by torture
to confess to are "terrorist activity"; and second, that she
failed to report an alleged association with a "Designated
Terrorist Organization." Despite the government's claim that
this is a simple case of immigration fraud, this new
indictment is written to ensure that Rasmea stands before a
jury as an accused terrorist.
The Rasmea Defense Committee is urging supporters to call

"They [the prosecutors] are switching course because they

government is prosecuting Rasmea as part of a broader
attack, the criminalization of the Palestine liberation
movement. This new indictment is literally the same charge,

want to paint Rasmea, and all Palestinians, as terrorists.
The real criminals in this case are the Israelis who
brutally tortured Rasmea 45 years ago, as well as those in
the U.S. government who are trying to put her on trial for
surviving the brutality committed against her."
Prosecutors will be disappointed to find that these new
allegations fail to erode Rasmea's support. People have
mobilized by the hundreds for countless hearings, every day
of her 2014 trial, and her appeal earlier this year. "We
have people ready to come from across the Midwest to stand
with Rasmea in Detroit on January 10, but we are also
prepared to adjust those plans to be there whenever we are
needed," says Jess Sundin of the Committee to Stop FBI
Repression, who lives in Minneapolis and has mobilized
dozens of Minnesotans and others in support of the defense.
"We will redouble our organizing and fundraising work, and
make certain Rasmea has the best defense possible."
According to lead defense attorney Michael Deutsch, "We also
intend to challenge this indictment as vindictive and
politically-motivated."

Another Black College Football Player Gets "Castrated" in
the Media
New York City - I believe that anyone has a right to defend
him/herself against anyone else. I am not concerned if the
scenario is a woman defending herself against a man or a man
defending himself against a woman. Oddly enough, even women,
who legitimately defend themselves against abusive men are
the ones jailed!
This latest case concerns University of Oklahoma football
player Joe Mixon. Everyone, including washed-up actor Mickey
Rourke and NFL Analyst Jay Glazer, have said that this young
man does not deserve a second chance.
Two years ago, in 2014, there was an incident where a group
of Whites allegedly antagonized 18 year old Joe Mixon while
he was in the student cafeteria. Joe Mixon is of
African-descent. The White female student blew cigarette
smoke in his face. The White male who was with her dropped
the word "nigger" a few times, as well. Then, the White
female student slapped Joe Mixon and tried to attack him
further, according to witnesses....and a video This is when
Joe Mixon hit her back. TMZ Sports has been showing the tape
but, the media already has already seen it but were
prevented from showing it until now.
The University of Oklahoma Football coach, Bob Stoops, has
received criticism for taking Joe Mixon back onto the team
but, he has been steadfast in saying that everyone deserves
a second chance. However, the coach did say that may be
Mixon should have received a stiffer penalty.
Now, a day ago, Joe Mixon was in front of a mic to apologize
to the female student, who assaulted him. He said, "It's
never okay to retaliate and hit a woman." He also went on to
say that he disappointed his mother. What???
When a woman hits a man she runs the risk of being hurt
should he defend himself. Mixon punched this woman in the
face and he had no choice. The fact that no one is even
discussing the fact that he was attacked first and was
protecting himself is quite disturbing.
His public castration is so Earth shattering that even Black
athletes are not coming to his defense! The only person who
has somewhat come to his defense is a pastor to the
celebrities, Carl Lentz. He is calling for all to forgive
Mixon. I say there is nothing to forgive and if the White
female was the aggressor then how come she was not
charged?
Hopefully, Joe Mixon can rebound from all of this coverage.
But, I know the media will make it as difficult as possible
for him to do.

approaching Christmas and a date almost more important:
December 20 is the tenth anniversary of the date when five
wise Viennese judges sitting in the Austrian Court of Appeal
ordered my immediate release from prison ( see photo below):
I had been ambushed in Vienna and held for over a year in
solitary confinement for "Wiederbetätigung," a mysterious
political offence created by Stalinist courts in 1945; I was
accused of trying, with my famous biographies, to
"reactivate" the German Nazi party. The decision rescued me,
and I was able to get back to England and my little girl,
and resume writing Real History.
The following day saw the unleashing of a worldwide Press
campaign against the judges who ordered my release. Prof.
Deborah Lipstadt, who a year earlier had told the press it
was wrong to lock me up, announced to the US newspapers
straightfaced that it was now totally wrong to release me.
As you know, some people are hard to satisfy!
My daughters are now all grown up, and Lipstadt has written
a movie, which is as truthful as only Hollywood movies can
be, funded by millions of Hollywood dollars, attacking me.
It has been going around since September. It's coming to
England next month. Its very first scene is a lie.
I am in Scotland now, and have three more books to write:
the Churchill biography, vol.3 (which takes the story to
Potsdam and Hiroshima); my own memoirs, which I first
drafted when I was still in the thick of it; and I am
currently putting final touches to Himmler's War, which is
finished, bar the final polish: Part I is subtitled, 'Always
be decent and brave and kind', a quote from a letter to his
daughter, little Gudrun Himmler in 1930.
I think I told you that I've beaten Germany, where the
permanent ban (imposed in November 1993) was lifted last
year, after two Court hearings and a three-year battle by my
brave lawyer - because such a ban violates a European law on
freedom of movement which did not exist at the time. The
Court even ordered the Bavarian Government to pay all the
costs. The same freedoms do not hold in freedom-loving
Canada, New Zealand, Australia - I can't even visit my
daughter and her family living Down Under - and other
countries where the traditional enemies of Real History have
momentarily gained the upper hand.
The United States is changing. Back on October 18 my emails
show I was telling people that in my judgment Donald Trump
had his heart in the right place and was going to win: "I
don't think Hillary will make it." Three weeks later all the
pundits had egg on their faces. They all just quote each
other: like conformist historians. The Internet is changing
everything.
My books are not prohibited anywhere in the world, nor the
YouTube videos of me speaking; but Hollywood and its lies

These measures are intended to help bring about "the revival
of the political process to end the Syrian conflict," he
said.
"The document confirms respect for the sovereignty,
independence, and territorial integrity of Syria," Lavrov
said.
The ceasefire should be implemented in all parts of Syria,
Lavrov's Turkish counterpart, Mevlüt Cavuşoğlu,
said at the conference.
"Today we are talking about the ceasefire, and the ceasefire
should be in all Syria," he said, adding this shouldn't
apply to attacks on terrorist groups such as Islamic State
or Al-Nusra Front (now rebranded as Jabhat Fateh
al-Sham).
Iran's Foreign Minister Zarif said that the three countries
should join forces in fighting Islamic State, Al-Nusra
Front, and other groups affiliated with them.
"We should also separate these groups from other formations
in Syria. This is the first, very important and necessary
step in creating the conditions for a permanent ceasefire in
Syria," he said.. "
