Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman (Radi Allahu anhu) :
The people used to ask Allah's Messenger (SalAllahu alaihi
wasallam) about good, but I used to ask him about evil for
fear that it might overtake me .
Once I said, "O Allah's Messenger! We were in ignorance and
in evil and Allah has bestowed upon us the present good;
will there be any evil after this good?"
He said, "Yes."
I asked, "Will there be good after that evil?"
He said, "Yes, but it would be tainted with Dakhan (i.e.
little evil)." I asked, "What will its Dakhan be?"
He said, "There will be some people who will lead (people)
according to principles other than my As-Sunna (legal ways).
You will see their actions and disapprove of them."
I said, "Will there be any evil after that good?"
He said, "Yes, there will be some people who will invite
others to the gates of the Hell, and whoever accepts their
invitation to it will be thrown in it (by them)."
I said."O Allah's Messenger! Describe those people to
us."
He said, "They will belong to us and speak our
language."
I asked, "O Allah's Messenger! What do you order me to do if
such a thing should take place in my life?"
He said, "Adhere to the Jamaat of Muslims and their
leader."
I asked, "If there is neither a jamaat (of Muslims) nor a
chief (what shall I do]"
He said, "Keep away from all those different sects, even if
you have to bite (i.e. eat) the root of a tree, till you
meet Allah while you are still in that state."

In a nearby masjid, the imam spoke of the prohibition of

A Daughter's Rights in Islam
Important Hadith from Sahih Muslim & Sunan Ibn Maja
In Islam bringing up girls is strongly appreciated. Prophet
Muhammad promised the one who brings up their girls properly
that he would accompany him in paradise. To understand why
the noble Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him,
empathized the well bringing up of girls we have to know
that in the Arabic society before Islam, fathers used to
feel disgraced when a daughter is borne to him. They used to
burry the girl alive to get rid of the shame. They
considered the daughter as inferior to the son. In fact only
few of them were a bit fair to girls.
Fighting such an unfair attitude was one of the main issues
in Islam that came with the major concept of equality
between all races, "An Arab is not better than a non-Arab
and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab"
To fulfill this concept Islam had to fight sex
discrimination. Islam fought this discrimination in various
ways in which Islam ensured the rights of women whether as a
mother, wife or daughter.
Among the sayings of the Prophet, peace and blessings be
upon him, regarding daughters are :
Malik reported Allah's Messenger, may peace be upon him, as
saying: He, who brought up two girls properly till they grew
up, he and I would come (together) (very closely) on the Day
of Resurrection, and he interlaced his fingers (for
explaining the point of nearness between him and that
person).
Mother of the believers, A'isha, the wife of Allah's
Apostle, may peace be upon him, said: A woman came to me
along with her two daughters. She asked me for (charity) but
she found nothing with me except one date, so I gave her
that. She accepted it and then divided it between her two
daughters and she ate nothing out of that. She then got up
and went out, and so did her two daughters. (In the
meanwhile) Allah's Apostle, may peace be upon him, visited
me and I narrated to him her story. Thereupon Allah's
Apostle, may peace be upon him, said: He who is involved (in
the responsibility) of (bringing up) daughters, and he
accords benevolent treatment towards them, there would be
protection for him against Hell-Fire.
Mother of the believers, A'isha, may Allah be pleased with
her, reported: A poor woman came to me along with her
daughters. I gave her three dates. She gave a date to each
of them and then she took up one date and brought that to
her mouth in order to eat that, but her daughters expressed
desire to eat it. She then divided the date that she
intended to eat between them. This (kind) treatment of her
impressed me and I mentioned that which she did to Allah's
Messenger, may peace be upon him. Thereupon he said: Verily
Allah has assured Paradise for her, because of (this act) of
her, or He has rescued her from Hell-Fire.

ACCORDING BENEVOLENT TREATMENT TO DAUGHTERS
A daughter always belong to the paternal family. Marriage
does not break this bond. The Islamic social order makes
elaborate arrangements for fair treatment of the
daughter.
The daughter has the right to be financially supported by
her father till she gets married (where she is financially
supported by her husband). If the father dies then her
financial support becomes the responsibility of her
brother.
Daughters must receive love and best maintenance.
Daughters have as much rights as the son in educational,
physical and mental uplifting. Daughters have their share in
the father's property, which is recognized and granted at
every cost. Daughters have the right to choose their
husband. The father is not allowed to oblige her to marry a
certain person.
If, by chance, a woman becomes a widow or is divorced,
Islamic law reverts her back to the paternal home where she
is supported financially (if widowed} while if divorced she
is financially supported by her ex-husband during her period
of Iddat then by her father) and looked after with love and
affection.
The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
"should I not tell you what is the best charity. That you
should show kindness to that daughter who(becoming a widow
of having been divorced) has been returned to you, and who
has no other maintainer or supporter." (Ibne-e-Majah,
Abwabul Adab).

India: Then and Now
Hashimpura: Crying Shame !!

Since the Hashimpura killings, governments of Mulayam Singh
Yadav and Mayawati have come in and gone out. Despite their
tall claims of sympathy for Muslims, they did everything to
thwart justice.

How do we judge the justice delivery system in India? Is it
good, shoddy, or great? In fact, it is all the three at
different times and levels. To be fair to it, its shoddiness
does not always come from within it, but mostly from
outside: the political culture, the police and the state
itself.
Before coming to the crying shame part, let us mull over a
rather comical point. After coming out of jail where he had
languished for years on charge of killing innocent people in
false encounters, Gujarat Police officer DG Vanzara
declared: " Achche din aa gaye" (Good days are here), which
was a take on a BJP's electoral promise " Achche din
aaengay" (Good days are coming).
One wonders whether with the achche din of
criminally-oriented policemen, bure din (bad days) for
law-abiding citizens have also come. The vicious criminality
and partiality of elements in the Gujarat state, including
the state judiciary, had forced the Supreme Court to shift
several cases of anti-Muslim violence out of the state in
the interest of justice. That was a reasonable move on the
part of the apex court as it did lead to some victims
getting justice, after all.
As Vanzara's achche din have come we have reason to fear for
the safety and security of common people in Gujarat,
especially if they happen to be Muslims.
Now, for the crying shame part. After 28 years of the
Hashimpura massacre of Muslims by UP Provincial Armed
Constabulary (PAC) men, a Delhi court decided last week that
nobody was guilty of the massacre. The survivors of the
massacre and families of victims asked in unison, "If the
PAC did not kill our men, then who did it?"
Almost echoing them, a leading English daily from the
national capital asked in its first editorial of March 24:
"Then who?" That is, if not the PAC, then who? On May 22,
1987, PAC men picked up 48 young Muslim men from the
Hashimpura locality of Meerut, put them in a truck and
brought some of them to the Hindon Canal near Delhi and
others to the Ganga canal, shot 42 of them and threw them
into the canals. A few of them survived with bullet wounds
and, at the dead of night, swam to safety and in the
darkness of night hid themselves in nearby areas.
Some were rescued by a police team from Ghaziabad, led by
the legendry IPS officer VN Rai, who was district SP at that
time. He also recorded the crime.
Not that the PAC men who had done it were unknown, or
untraceable. The truck they were driving was a PAC vehicle,
with the number of the truck, the name of its driver and
personnel travelling in it, the time of its leaving camp and
its destination, every detail registered in the official
logbook. All of them could be recognised immediately by
victims, their families, survivors, and even press
photographers who had photographed them while they were
"loading" the condemned victims in the truck.
Despite all that, the court could not decide who killed
them, though the failure was not the court's alone.
Courts need the support of state machinery to be able to
deliver justice. Everybody, right from the head of
government, cabinet ministers, bureaucrats to police and
intelligence officials have to contribute to the
process.
Whether it was Moradabad (1980), Delhi (1984), Bhagalpur
(1989), Mumbai (1992-93), Gujarat (2002) or Muzaffarnagar
(2013), perpetrators went largely unpunished. Between them
these massacres claimed thousands of innocent lives.
Bhagalpur (anti-Muslim), Delhi (anti-Sikh) and Mumbai
(anti-Muslim) massacres account for the largest number of
deaths. Even Moradabad (anti-Muslim) claimed more than a
hundred lives.
More often than not, the state is complicit in such
massacres. PAC is responsible for hundreds of deaths of
Muslims in Moradabad, Hashimpura and Muzaffarnagar.
Government complicity and judiciary's failure to bring them
to justice has conferred impunity on them. Since the
Hashimpura killings, governments of Mulayam Singh Yadav and
Mayawati have come in and gone out. Despite their tall
claims of sympathy for Muslims, they did everything to
thwart justice.
The UP government took nine years to file a charge sheet in
the case. As it allowed the case to drift, it was shifted to
Delhi in the 15th year. It took 19 years to appoint a public
prosecutor and allow the first prosecution witness to give
his testimony.
It is no wonder if the court failed to make a head or tail
of the case against 16 PAC men.
The question arises as to who is responsible for this sorry
state of affairs? The first culprit is the political class,
which mobilises anti-minorities opinion for electoral gains.
Then there is government and its machinery which refuses to
come to the rescue of victims. Successive governments (from
the 'secular' Congress to SP, BSP and the 'communal' BJP)
are responsible for deploying PAC in Muslim areas knowing
their communal character and their involvement in massacres
of Muslims.
Then come the police and intelligence officials who derail
justice. Finally, the common citizen too has his share of
the responsibility as he never opposes such criminality.
Practically, it is a conspiracy of silence on the part of
the large masses of our citizenry.
Activist and film-maker Anand Patwardhan has said that every
day one dalit is killed and two dalit women are raped in
India. There is no protest against this from the well-to-do
classes, for whom it is normal. It is "normalisation of
violence", as activists call it. Once it is "normal," there
is no need to react against it.
Rape by security forces in Kashmir and tribal areas of India
is a common occurrence. It is "normal". So, nobody says a
word. It is also normal because the victims are Muslims and
adivasis. This is against the idea of India itself. Hence,
it must change, sooner than later.

Please be clear that Islam is a Deen and not a "religion" as
Judaism and Christianity have become. Islam has accepted and
recommended Islam as a Deen - a System of life that covers
the entire spectrum of human life both in individual and
collective spheres but Muslims are taking it as a total of
some individual Ebadah, some rituals and some days and a
myth that is created by centuries old customs and influence
of Sufism.
Secondly, you must please understand that no doubt he (S) is
total mercy to mankind in his dealings and behavior with all
humans and animals too. But his (S) Mission was to deliver
Justice to mankind, the suffering humanity as Qur'an gives
due emphasizes in Verse # 25 of Surah # 57: Al-Hadeed.
That is why he (S) for the whole of his (S) struggled for
the Iqamah of Allah's Deen in order to deliver the justice
to mankind. History proves it that wherever Islam was
established in the body politic, all injustices were removed
which was also accepted even by Jews and Christians of the
time. And the world will again get it back ONLY when Islam
becomes a reality which the West does not want to understand
due to its centuries old prejudices against Islam. SO THE
INJUSTICES ARE CONTINUING IN EVERY PHASE OF HUMAAN LIFE
EVERYWHERE AROUND THE WORLD due to incorrect man-made
systems and all have failed and are likely to fail soon.
If this concept of Deen is missing in any Muslim's mind,
belief and approach, he/she is DEVIATED form Allah's Deen,
howsoever, he/she is educated and may be called
"Allamah".
It has nothing to do with the so-called "Jihadists" that are
in effect the creation of Western ZULM (oppression) and
Fasad [transgression] of Kuffar and Mushrikeen in the Muslim
world. If they stop it, these "false" Movements will
automatically come to an end immediately. West must
understand, if it is sincere in PEACE.
The problem lies with our Muslim brothers who take as
correct what West says whereas their system of life is
simply a deception in the words of the Qur'an Verse # 196 of
Surah Al-Imran.
So Br Rafiq please think over this prevailing situation very
calmly with patience that what we are saying is correct in
terms of the Qur'an and you don't belief us but what the
devil is saying you have faith in it.
Currently, the Muslim Ummah is lost in the doldrums of
'deviation, uncertainty, inaction, lethargies and it is
"shopping" on Islam.
I have no complain against West. They are doing as per their
conception and to protect their myths and mythologies
whereas they have unfortunately turned a deaf ear to their
Abrahamic faith for centuries together. So they are nowhere
near truth. They have lost their tail and want us to become
"tailless". What a clumsy situation it is. The truth has
become untruth and the falsehood has become the currency of
the day and you all are happy, unfortunately and
unconsciously are becoming the integral part of Western
deceptions.
Request you all please share this discussion with whom you
can. It will be a Ssdqaua- e-Jariyah for the Ummah.

قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن
كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
For come ye not in unto males, and cut ye not the road (for
travellers), and commit ye not abomination in your meetings?
But the answer of his folk was only that they said: Bring
Allah's doom upon us if thou art a truth teller!
Jesus, pbuh, was one of the great messengers of Allah.
The Qur'an tells us about him and honors and exalts him.
We also honor the mother of Jesus, the blessed Mary,
pbuh, about whom there is a chapter in the Qur'an.
We also honor those who supported Jesus, pbuh, and we
believe he had some of the greatest miracles.
The only living miracle is the Qur'an. Religion is
based on Guidance, not miracles.
We are not taught to fight Christians or people of any
other religion.
Our conflict is with oppressors, be they Muslims or of
any other religion.
However, Islam and Christianity are separate religions.
Tolerance and sensibility does not mean that we should claim
that there is little difference between them.
Christianity does not have Sunnah or Sharia, It was a
religion for its own time, not for eternity,
The New Testament was written in Greek while the language
of Jesus, pbuh, and his disciples was Aramaic. Little or
nothing is known of the compilers of the New Testament.
There is certainly no cross referencing as we have in
Hadith. The first writing about Jesus, pbuh, was 50 years
after he left this world.
Owing to its immediate needs, the New Testament does not
oppose alcohol or gambling which are major problems in
America today. Nor does it talk about jihad or resistance to
oppression.
The Qur'an denies the crucifixion of Jesus, pbuh, which
is so important in Christianity.
Part II.
Homosexuality as a political movement is rampaging
across America. Again it is not opposed in the New
Testament.
The Old Testament does have the story of the destruction
of Sodom & Gomorrah but the New Testament has over ridden it
with the concept of love for all.
The Zionist media have played an important role by
knocking down the moral foundations of society by glorifying
fornication and adultery and combining it with alcohol and
gambling.
The Zionists turned homosexuality from a demand for
civil rights to the claim that it is as sacred as marriage
in the Sight of God.
The family system has collapsed under the triple assault
of adultery, random sex and now homosexual marriage.
Fortunately, Africa, under Islamic influence, is

Those who see homosex as a violation of the Law of God

Harper's crusade against lone niqabi woman

Zunera Ishaq, a university-educated mother of three (and a
former high school teacher) from Mississauga, Ontario wears
the niqab and wanted to wear it at her citizenship
swearing-in ceremony in 2013. The department of Citizenship
and Immigration would not let her take the oath in niqab.
She challenged the government and took the matter to court.
Federal Court Judge Keith Boswell ruled in early February
that there is no law banning the niqab during citizenship
swearing-in ceremony. Harper is hell-bent on denying this
Muslim mother her legal right and is challenging the
ruling.
Harper and his ministers have levelled outlandish
allegations against Zunera. While the subject of debate and
her name has even been mentioned in the House of Commons,
not once has Harper or any of his band of rightwing zealots
bothered to talk to her to inquire whether she is forced to
wear the niqab or this is her choice? He has appointed
himself authority on Islamic law and has taken to issuing
"fatwas." He is assisted in his crusade by a band of
opportunistic Muslims — no more than five or six individuals
that would do anything to curry favour with the powers that
be — and declared that the niqab reflects a culture that is
"anti-woman". In one broad sweep, Harper has condemned 1.6
billion or more Muslims worldwide.
Let us dispense with some basic facts first. According to
some Muslim scholars, perhaps a majority, the niqab is not
mandatory for Muslim women; hijab is. Others, however,
interpret the Qura'nic injunction to mean that niqab is
mandatory using the understanding of the verse in Surah
al-Ahzab (33:6) that addresses the dress code for the
Prophet's (pbuh) wives.
The question, however, is not whether it is or it is not
mandatory under Islamic law. The real issue is that of a
woman's choice. She should be free to wear what she chooses.
That is her basic right under Canadian law. If women are
allowed to go topless in public — and it happened at the
University of Western Ontario in July 1991 when then student
Gwen Jacob did just that and the court ruled that it was her
right to do so — why can't a woman wear the niqab?
In rejecting the niqab ban, Justice Boswell did not resort
to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom except in
passing. Instead, he looked at the law as it stands and
offered two hypothetical scenarios: a monk who had taken a
vow of silence and a person who is mute. Justice Boswell
asked whether a judge would be affording a monk the
"greatest possible freedom" by forcing him to betray his
vow? And what if a person is physically incapable of saying
the oath and cannot be heard taking it? He pointed out that
the Citizenship Act is a law passed by Parliament and the
policy manual is a directive from a cabinet minister; the
act naturally trumps the policy manual.
When necessary, Muslim women have taken off the niqab for
identification purposes. Thus, they have done so for
security reasons at airport screening points and for
driver's license photo. They have also done so while
testifying in court to allow the defendant to face his or
her accuser. But what practical consideration is involved in
oath-taking ceremony when the person has already gone
through the process of citizenship exam and faced a judge to
answer questions without her face covering? The ban is
motivated by malevolent intent.
The rightwing zealots that are hell-bent on tearing off the
veil from Muslim women's faces argue that such women are
oppressed. If they had only bothered to talk to any of these
women, they would not make such ludicrous statements. Zunera
Ishaq penned an opinion column in the Toronto Star (March
16, 2015) in which she outlined her passions: she believes
in saving the environment so she joins campaigns to plant
trees; she loves to play with her boys in the snow; she even
shovels snow (in Canada this is a full-time job in winter!)
and also volunteers her time at women's shelter, for
political candidates and at school.
"I also wear a niqab," she wrote in her opinion column. "And
according to my prime minister, that is all you need to know
about me to know that I am oppressed." She went on, "It's
precisely because I won't listen to how other people want me
to live my life that I wear a niqab. Some of my own family
members have asked me to remove it. I have told them that I
prefer to think for myself."
Does this sound like a woman who is oppressed? Zunera Ishaq
further wrote, "My desire to live on my own terms is also
why I have chosen to challenge the government's decision to
deny me citizenship unless I take off my niqab at my oath
ceremony... I will not take my niqab off at that same
ceremony for the sole reason that someone else doesn't like
it, even if that person happens to be Stephen Harper."
Her courageous stand against the hysteria Harper and his
cronies have deliberately tried to whip up has garnered her
support from unexpected quarters. For the first time, most
mainstream media outlets reached out to niqabi women to find
out the reasons behind their decision. In addition to the
Toronto Star, the CBC's radio program, "The Current" also
interviewed several niqabi women. They spoke eloquently and
laid to rest many of the stereotypical assumptions about
them. Even the rightwing Muslim-baiting National Post came
out in her favour.
Most niqabi women — and there are only a handful of them —
say that prior to Harper's derision of their dress and
making it an issue, they had encountered few problems.
Zunera Ishaq recounted one episode on a bus ride when a
woman sitting next to her asked if she remained covered at
home as well. When she replied in the negative, the woman
then asked if she had difficulty breathing. She assured the
woman she could breathe just fine!
Harper's anti-niqab diatribes have emboldened racists and
bigots inside and outside his party to come out openly
against immigrants in general and Muslims in particular.
Larry Miller, a Conservative backbench MP from rural
Ontario, told a radio station, Muslim women should "stay the
hell where they came from" if they wish to keep their faces
covered during citizenship ceremony! When his remarks caused
a storm, Miller apologised but it was clear he was only
going through the motions for damage control reasons. The
conservative backbencher appeared not to be familiar with
the Citizenship Act but that is not surprising since most
racists have a reputation for being ignorant.
Given the controversy her courageous stand has generated, it
would be appropriate to give Sister Zunera Ishaq the last
word. She wrote in her opinion piece in the Toronto Star
(March 16), "I am not looking for Mr. Harper to approve my
life choices or dress. I am certainly not looking for him to
speak on my behalf and "save" me from oppression, without
even ever having bothered to reach out to me and speak with
me."
She is still willing to join the conversation about herself
when she offered, "And now that Mr. Harper is so busy
speaking about me in public, I am looking for him to include
me in the discussion." She should not expect a phone call
from Harper or any of his minions anytime soon. They are
neither interested in speaking to her or deal with her in a
fair and decent manner. They deliberately instigated the
controversy to play on people's ignorance and unfounded
fears.

On March 30, Washiqur Rahman, a 27 year old atheist blogger
known for his blasphemy and attacks on Islam, was killed by
two assailants wielding machetes in Dhaka.
Earlier in February, Adjivit Roy, an American Hindu, the
mastermind of the organized abuse and blasphemy against
Islam was similarly hacked to death.
Observers say, there is an unreported war going on in
Bangladesh against the Muslim majority. The government,
working in tandem with India, brought up 40 year old
accusations against peaceful scholars and teachers of Islam
and sentenced them to death one at a time. The elder leader
of Jamaate Islami too was not spared: 90 year old, he was
allowed to die of mistreatment in prison, cut off from
friends and family.
Young Muslims have been protesting across the country but
have been crushed by security forces led by Hindus. More
than 500 have been killed.
According to the British paper the Guardian, "Biplob Kumar
Sarkar, is deputy commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan
police."
Islamic people are not allowed to voice their suffering in
the media. One paper which publicized the massacre of
unarmed Muslim protestors was severely penalized.
Secularist bloggers have been unleashed to attack Islam and
perpetrate blasphemy. The killing of the two bloggers has
been condemned by the regime as attacks on "freedom o
expression."

There are some 800 active European proselytizers in Morocco
where some 1,000 people converted to Christianity in
2004
A new breed of Christian missionaries is turning to the
North African Muslim kingdom of Morocco in search for new
ground to spread their faith.
The goal is to give a clear presentation of the Gospel,"
Tyler, a member of an Ohio Baptist church who set up Project
North Africa in Morocco, told Reuters on Monday, December
15. "If you had the cure to the AIDS virus, would you not
want to take it to the people?"
Tyler, who says his work could be disrupted if he gave his
surname, has come to Morocco some three years ago. "Three
years ago I began praying about parts of the world that had
not taken up the Gospel."
Since then, he has been preparing the ground for colleagues,
mostly from South America, who would learn Morocco's dialect
and seek to set up small businesses to fund the group's
evangelical work. Christian proselytizers like Tyler say
their clandestine status allows them to set up businesses or
language schools at which converts are sometimes
employed.
Like across the Arab Maghreb, missionary groups in Morocco
currently range from broad alliances such as Partners
International and Cooperative Baptist Fellowship to small
Baptist and Pentecostal churches based in the Americas and
Europe.
There are some 800 active European proselytizers in Morocco
where some 1,000 people converted to Christianity in 2004,
according to unofficial estimates. Muslims make up 99
percent of the Arab country's population, while Christians
and Jews represent a meager one percent.
New Breed
Experts affirm that missionaries in Morocco reflect the rise
of a new "untrained" breed of Christian proselytizers.
"With the internet and the increase in travel, you have a
democratization of missions where anyone who feels like it
can go anywhere they want," Dana Robert, world Christianity
professor at Boston University, told Reuters.
This new generation, Robert says, lacks the training and
knowledge of old ones. "The new breed of missionary doesn't
have the same historical training as the older established
denominations, nor necessarily the cultural training," she
stressed.
"So there's a bull-in-a-china-shop effect." Western and
Arab reports have repeatedly spoken about increasing
proselytizing activities in the Arab Maghreb.Proselytizers
traditionally eye troubled and disaster-stricken Muslim
areas like Iraq, Sudan's Darfur and Indonesia's Ache.
The vigorous proselytizing in developing countries has led
to kidnapping of missionaries as well as anti-conversion
laws in some countries.
Mohammed Yssef, general secretary of the Superior Council of
Ulemas, Morocco's highest religious authority, insists
missionaries typically target the poor and the sick.
"When people respond positively (to missionaries), it is
when they don't have their full freedom," he told Reuters.
"Once they recover their normal health and situation, they
recover their ability to decide."
Yssef noted that missionaries also try to win over
communities like North Africa's Berbers by telling them
Islam was imposed on them by Arabs.
"These are unethical methods."

Sirajul Haq told the people that their power of vote was

Sirajul Haq said that he would gather the poor living in
huts, at footpaths, and build them as a big force against
the oppressors ruling the country.
He said that the ruling elite, whether they are from the
Punjab, Sindh, Khyber P. or Balochistan, were the same class
and had darkened the future of the nation, burdened very
citizen under heavy debts obtained from the IMF or the World
Bank, and built their bank balances abroad. The sons of the
poor were compelled to work in workshops, hotels and as
vendors on footpaths while the children of the rulers
studied at most expensive schools and colleges, he
added.
Sirajul Haq noted that India had abolished Jagirs soon after
partition which resulted in an increase in their farm
produce. On the other hand, the feudal lords in the country
wedded their daughters with the Holy Quran only to preserve
their Jagirs. He said that the JI on coming to power, would
confiscate all Jagirs and distribute the lands among Haris
and landless tillers.
The JI chief also noted that many political parties did not
have democracy within their own ranks and revolved around
some families, and asked what right these people had to talk
of democracy.
To a question about the Gulf situation, the JI chief said
that any conflict within the Muslim world would only benefit
the enemy. He said that Pakistan should try to extinguish
the flames of fire, and Pakistan and Turkey should play the
role of mediators between Saudi Arab and Yemen. However, he
said, that an attack on Saudi Arabia would be an attack on
this country as every Muslims would deem it an honour to lay
down his life for the protection of the Haramain

As the Houthis are a relatively independent force, Saudi
Arabia saw a threat to its control of Yemen. With support
from Washington, the Saudis decided to what they had done in
Bahrain: Keep in place their favorite dictator.
Owing to the rugged desert between Arabia and Yemen, sending
ground troops sounded difficult, so the Saudis decided to us
their late model air force. They were going to "train" by
bombing the Houthis. The relentless bombing day after day
has killed scores of Houthis and hundreds of civilians. Many
more have been wounded.
The Saudis decided to continue the bombing because the
Houthis continued their advance to Aden and finally entered
the key city. Hadi skipped town and took refuge first in
Riyadh and then with General Sissi in Cairo.
Saudi and US propaganda has tried to give the impression
that bombing the Houthis is a way of stopping Iranian
influence. Invoking the "threat" from Iran was necessary to
cover the tragic bombing which is hitting Houthis who do not
have defenses against air attacks.

April 5: Mujahideen forces of ISIS advancing from Hajar
Aswad have entered the vast Palestinian refugee camp known
as Yarmouk on the outskirts of Damascus. They hooked up with
al-Nusra fighters in the east of the camp.
About 90% of the camp is now in ISIS hands putting the
fighters only 6 miles from Assad's palace in Damascus.
On April 4, Assad's air forces bombed and shelled the camp
and dropped barrel bombs to stop the ISIS advance but failed
to stop the mujahideen.
Abbas, the secularist Palestinian leader who works with
Assad in Damascus, has condemned the ISIS takeover of the
camp.
April 3. There were demonstrations in various parts of
Aleppo to demand that all flags other those proclaiming the
kalmia of Islam should be taken down.
Assad's air force again bombed Idlib causing civilian
casualties. The city and the province are firmly in Islamic

students at the University of Garissa, near the border with

The Pope has condemned the massacre because the victims were

powers to install a puppet regime in Mogadishu.
The Kenyan invasion of Somalia began in 2011. More than
10,000 Kenyan troops, with tanks and artillery, are in
Somalia. They have destroyed more than 10 Somali villages
and killed an estimated 1000 young people associated with
al-Shabab over 4 years.
The US air force, in intelligence rapport with the Kenyan
invasion force, routinely bombs suspected al-Shabab groups

forces captured Tikrit, the hometown of President Saddam

Pence to back track from his Religious Freedom Bill
(So-called Anti-Gay Bill) and demand that politicos come up
with wording that will appease the sodomites. This was all
done for the love of money. He feared that there would be so
serious a backlash to this Religious Freedom Bill that key
businesses and corporations would all soon divest from the
State of Indiana. This evening (4/2/2015) he was able to get
his wish and sign a newly amended Religious Freedom Bill
prohibiting businesses from discrimination against sinning
homosexuals.
These politicians are not our salvation. Our salvation comes
from following the Qur'an. We Muslims know that there can be
serious repercussions from being a Believer but, we must be
willing to pay that price.
Many Christians have been tricked into believing that the
Republicans stand for Christ (pbuh) and his values! These
politicians have been caught in so many homosexual and
extramarital trysts, it is laughable. These people pray to
the almighty dollar, not God. They are chameleons who know
what to say to get what they want from certain populations.
They will not protect Christianity in America!
The kuffar don't make it easy. Only Allah is omnipotent. The
power that a human being has is the power other human beings
give him/her! White Gays are being given power and influence
that they should not have. This type of influence should not

Harlem's religious leadership, for years. Now that he has

Christian and was miffed about the back lash for his support
of Israel, recently.
Ever since the Religious Freedom Bill was signed, last week,
there have been organizations speaking against it, from the
NCAA to the NBA, as well as a whole host of celebrities. The
Gays have gotten very good with their preemptive strikes!
There have been protests and rallies against the idea that
someone or a group of people would have the temerity to
refuse to allow their business services to be used to
celebrate Gay marriage or lifestyles!
No one has a problem with Gays patronizing their businesses.
The problems have occurred when people have been asked to
commemorate the Gay lifestyle in some capacity, such as
baking cakes for Gay weddings.
This newly revised law had to be approved in both houses
before the Indiana Governor even signed it. Didn't take much
time for both houses to reach an accord on this issue, did
it? You see how quickly they respond when money is an issue?
This law is also being proposed in other states, such as
Arkansas. I am sure that these Gays have other states
shaking in their boots! The Arkansas Governor just stated
that their proposed Religious Freedom Bill would need to be
amended before he signs it! Politicians are cowards.
Isn't it amazing how the number of states with anti-Muslim
legislation numbered 11 and growing, at one time? I wonder
what that number is now. Yet, the Gays love touting the fact
that there are a whopping 37 out of 50 states, so far, that
have approved Gay marriage!

Prison Hunger Strike Continues: Please Call or Email
Ten prisoners at OSP have been on hunger strike since Monday
March 16th. Supporters have been calling the prison and the
legal services department at ODRC central office with no
discernable effect.
The Warden and OSP staff refuse to take the hunger striking
prisoners seriously. Unit manager Charmaine Bracy and Major
Hurst have both said that range rec will not be returned at
all and that 5B prisoners will have access to religious
programming through their cell doors. See below for what
that means and why it is unacceptable.
Trevor Clark in legal services either ignores calls or
re-directs callers in meaningless circles. It seems there is
no one in legal services at the ODRC is taking responsiblity
for making sure OSP does not abuse its captives' basic
constitutional rights. So, we're going to their boss, and
then to his bosses.
Gary Mohr is the director of the ODRC. Please call him and
tell him that the Warden at OSP is refusing to take the ten
hunger strikers seriously. Demand that Mohr reverse this
Warden's illegal policy changes. Tell him that it is not
okay for him to turn a blind eye when his employees pursue
collective punishment by putting through illegal and
unconstitutional policies because of a few incidents with
one or two prisoners.

Religious programming through a cell door means that a
clergy person or spiritual leader will speak with the
prisoner through the closed cell door on the range for less
than 5 minutes. The doors at OSP are solid steel. They are
thick, and the range is a loud echoing concrete room with a
dozen of these doors looking out on it. Prisoners behind
each door attempt to converse with each other by shouting to
be heard. It is a very loud place with no privacy.
Imagine being a catholic giving confession at the top of
your lungs through a steel door while other prisoners carry
on shouted conversations around you. Imagine trying to
receive any kind of religious instruction in that
environment. It is absurd for OSP staff to pretend that is a
suitable replacement for the one hour long sessions in a
seperate space that they are depriving these prisoners
of.

Study Predicts 2050 Population by Religion: Fastest Muslim
Growth Rate is North America. Children: The Reason Why
Muslims are still not Confused.

The Pew Research Center just released a new study on
Thursday, April 2, 2015, which details global population
growth expectations according to region and religion.
Self-identification as Muslim according to census records
are being used. No differentiation is being made on Sunni vs
Shia populations in this study. The most exciting prediction
is that the world Muslim population is increasing from under
24% to 30% of the world, the largest groups being Indians,
Pakistanis, and Indonesians.
Most immediately astonishing is that Iran's population
growth is slowing along with Russia and Eastern Europe,
though countries that broke off from the old Communist
regimes such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosova, Albania and
Bosnia are continuing to flourish! The percentage of Muslims
in the Middle East/North Africa remains steady at 20% of all
Muslims. Meanwhile, Muslim populations are growing steadily
in Iraq and Afghanistan despite military occupation.
Religious switching is not playing a major role in these
statistics, although there are slightly more people
converting out of Islam than are converting into Islam,
except in sub-Saharan Africa. In all regions, childbirth
statistics and relative young age are the main cause of
these numbers. The average Muslim family worldwide has 3.1
children, compared to the world average of 2.5. Muslim women
in sub-Saharan Africa have nearly one more child on average
than other women in the region between 2010 and 2015. 63% of
Muslims are under the age of 30, half of these being under
15. So we are going to be seeing a lot more babies and
grandbabies in coming years!
Between 2010 and 2050, the most rapid Muslim population
growth in percentage terms is projected to occur in North
America (197%) — more than seven times the expected increase
in the region's overall population (26%). In the US, the
Muslim population is expected to rise from 1% to 2% of the
population and Canada will see Muslims go from 2.1% to 5.5%
while in Europe, Muslims will go from 5% to 10%. Nigeria,
where about 4% of the world's population is expected to
reside in 2050 (up from about 2% in 2010), is also doubling
its Muslim population.
The only place in the world that sees no population growth
of Muslims is the Caribbean-Latin America. Growth rates for
all groups are expected to slow after 2045, but all Muslim
groups are expected to decline at less than half the speed
of others.
While the study does not go into any of the psychological
factors contributing to Muslim population growth, I have
read that people have the most children when they are
enjoying a stable life in terms of employment and housing
and/or when there is enough societal flexibility that it is
relatively easy to quit one job and take up a new one
somewhere else. These statistics show that, despite whatever
political instability is going on in the world and whatever
massacres are horrifying the senses, the Muslim population
is staying stable or increasing in all regions.
This demonstrates that the religion of Islam is in itself a
stabilizing force for society. People whose family
identifies with Islam are most likely to trust the future
enough to have another baby. While so many Christians and
Christians-turned-agnostics think that the world is too
cruel of a place to bring a child into, Muslims feel that
having children is their contribution to the world.
So basically, we are winning. And all we have to do to keep
winning is keep doing what we are doing. Training our sons
to become wage-earning responsible fathers when they grow up
as well as emotionally intelligent contributors to the
family dynamic; and teaching our daughters to take
responsibility for their babies and households when they
grow up, regardless of how much money they are able to earn.
Grandparents being there for help when a babysitter is
needed, friends showing up with food when the situation
calls for it. Being home when your kids come out of school.
Being there to break up fights between siblings, never
letting the situation to escalate.
We as Muslims do not share the idea that each child needs to
have a private room where they can sneak vodka or cut
themselves. They will learn the most social and other
survival skills from not being isolated, from sharing with
their siblings. At the same time, by encouraging prayer we
allow for personal inner growth and expansion even in the
most crowded of situations.
The most beautiful thing about Muslim society after the
prayer-based daily schedule, is how they revolve their lives
around their children. Adults, male and female, are both
"oppressed" - strenuously obligated - to live a
child-centered lifestyle. We don't force our children to
accommodate our needs, we live to accommodate their needs.
We don't expect our children to give us a sense of self
esteem, we help give our children self esteem through clear,
specific guidance and a stable, predictable home to the best
of our ability. Unlike other religions, Islam is not only a
faith but comes with a clear set of instructions. This is
why we are not confused.
