Leading the Islamic Struggle against Zionism in USA: Imam Badi Ali's message
  1. The struggle in Gaza is not being fully reflected in Jordan and the West Bank. When people in New York and Paris rally against Israeli atrocities, it is understandable because these are non-Muslim countries. But for Jordan and the areas within the 1967 borders to demonstrate without resistance comparable to Gaza, it means lack of leadership. Jordan has a strong Muslim Brotherhood presence. Why are they inctive?

  2. Palestine is central to the global unity of Muslims. NoMuslim who has any faith would not be hurt by the Israeli assault on Gaza. This is the central issue to unite the Muslim world. Masjid al-Aqsa and its surrounding areas [Palestine] are clearly blessed in thev Qur'an.

  3. Babies slaughtered, children crying over their dead parents, parents crying over their dead children, homes flattened by the thousands, mosques bombed, Qur'ans shredded and burning: If this will not make Muslims stand up and rssist, what will?

  4. Why are countries where Adhan rings out 5 times a day silent about Gaza?

  5. Issue of Gaza is the issue of all humanity.

"The baby travelling in the caravan of Sorrow is now asleep." [Urdu message.]

[From Br. Kaukab.] It's okay to cry when you see this!
Five year old child buried alive by a 500 pound Israeli bomb!
Dear Gaza, Pakistanis are with you!

Translation: "This is little Hamza killed by the yahood along with countless other innocent civilians in Gaza.
Not only Satanyahoo, the leader of the Yahood, but General Sissi of Egypt, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, Khalifa of Bahrain, accessories to crime, should be brought to trial for these horrendous violations of humanity.
"If you don't know little Hamza of Gaza, there may be a little Hamza in your home. Stand up for your little Hamza This is not the time for silence, otherwise judgement day will come."
"Get up and speak! that there may be a foundation for justice." [from Urdu.]

New Generation of Palestine: Poem by Yaffa Ali, 17.
Welcome to 'Israel',
Where the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians is trivial,
And kidnapping, killing and torture is seen convivial.

Welcome to 'Israel',
Where massacre and genocide is acceptable,
And to the world, perceptible.

Welcome to 'Israel',
Where kids writing messages of mockery on missiles is democracy,
And blaming other nations for illegal nuclear weaponry is hypocrisy.

Welcome to a nation of racism and terrorism,
Where terror reigns under a Zionistic system,
And families are separated by a great wall as a schism.

Welcome to a nation of stolen property,
Where illegal occupation is considered for a matter of peace,
The indigenous people left to be policed,
And equality is left to cease.

Welcome to 66 years of horrendous war crimes,
Where inhumane acts continue to become exposed within time,
And remain to be ignored as would a speechless mime.

Stories of torture and pictures of inhumanity are released,
Yet we still search and fight for peace!
As Amih Wahish, 64 years old,
Suffered from serious asphyxia till death took a hold,
From Israeli soldiers that threw tear gas into his home, without being told.

Or what about the young man whose photo was released from the courtesy of two Israeli soldiers,
Who just so happen to be standing above his shoulders,
Smiling beside him- yet they never asked for his smile,
Since it was their new artistic style,
Because taking a picture of the man they cold-bloodily murdered was meant to be worthwhile.

Palestinian blood painted on the world as it's become our tragedy,
For allowing such inhumane and monstrous actions of savagery.
They walk through a memory of their home and exile, of darkness and light,
Isn't every being guaranteed their God-given human rights?

Yet we allow a man to be arrested, beaten and stripped,
Out of his clothes and left with his dignity to become encrypt.
Young children killed and injured dramatically,
As Ata Mohammad Sabah, 13 years old, was murdered systematically,
Shot as he went to go pick up his school bag,
Leaving him paralyzed waist-down with damaged organs, since he was a "red flag".

And what about our women and children who are oh, so innocent,
Raped, killed, tortured and beaten since they are considered vigilant,
Like Um Al-Tawi who was brutally beaten until unconsciousness struck,
Then they attacked her 15 year old daughter, just out of bad luck.

Children throwing stones at tanks,
More effort than could ever be done by the World Bank,
Innocence is eradicated,
Barbarity is congratulated,
Self-defense fabricated,
Young men burned alive intoxicated,
Schools, homes and hospitals annihilated,
Thousands incarcerated.

But Palestinian we were born,
And to protect our land and people we had sworn,
Stones carved in our hands,
To fight with honor and stand,
Because it, too, is our Holy Land,
And our presence we insist,
Because being Palestinian means you exist to resist.

Enaam Arnout Facing America's Justice System: He helped Oppressed Muslims.
Steve Emerson's Zionist hand at play.

by Sis. Karin Friedemann [Boston]

Just this year, Enaam Arnaout, 51, was reunited with his children for the first time in over 14 years. They went through a lot of hardship to escape the war in Syria and come to the US for high school. Arnaout is a Syrian American who did immeasurable charity work overseas with Benevolence International Foundation (BIF), for which he served 10 years in prison, including 2 1/2 years in isolation and 3 1/2 years at CMU Terre Haute.

Arnaout just finished his supervised release. Now that he's finally a free man, settled with his kids, the US government is trying to revoke his citizenship. It's very odd because the CIA and FBI already decided he's not a threat. He is not even on the no-fly list. The US government gave him permission in 2011 and 2012 to travel abroad to see his elderly, ill mother. This is obviously pure harassment.

Arnaout entered a plea agreement in 2003 to avoid the risk of spending the rest of his life in prison as other Islamic charity founders are doing. On this basis, the government is now claiming that he lied on his citizenship application, which stated that he had never committed a crime for which he had not been arrested. Arnaout became a citizen in 1993 through marriage to an American woman, Nancy Catherine Noyes in 1989.

Arnaout told New Trend that when he was in college in Pakistan, he met a lot of people at the local community gatherings when he was doing relief work, but that was the extent of association. The accusation reads:

"Memberships and organizations," instructs the applicant to, "list your present and past membership in or affiliation with every organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other place." In response to the instruction in Part 9 of his INS Form N-400, Defendant stated, "None."

The government is claiming that from January 1989 until June 1990, less than one year, Arnaout was an employee of Lajnat Al-Birr Al-Islamiah ("LBI"), also known as the Islamic Benevolence Committee, to raise funds in Saudi Arabia to provide support to the mujahideen, Osama bin Laden and Gulbuddin Hekmatyer.

"Defendant provided mujahedeen fighters in Afghanistan with supplies and logistical support. By providing the mujahedeen with support and or money, Defendant knowingly affiliated himself with various organizations and associations that claimed to repel the Soviet Union from Afghanistan. Accordingly, Defendant's statement in Part 9 of his INS Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, filed on April 8, 1993, that he had no present or past membership in or affiliation with any organization or association was false."

The United States Department of Treasury designated Hekmatyer as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist in 2003, while bin Laden and al Qaeda were blamed for the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, although the FBI does not officially consider bin Laden to be a suspect.

The government's complaint goes on to smear BIF. This is particularly low, since BIF was aiding Bosnians, Kosovar Albanians, Chechens and others who were being targeted for genocide in the post-USSR era. As in Afghanistan, the US was also supporting these groups militarily so there was no crime involved in helping them at the time.

"Beginning in May 1993, BIF, through its employees, solicited donations from

the public by purporting that BIF and its related overseas offices were a charitable organization involved solely in humanitarian work for the benefit of civilian populations. In fact, the objectives of the BIF were to support the activities of mujahedeen fighters in various areas of the world by raising funds and providing support to mujahedeen and others engaged in violence and armed confrontation. This included providing support to al-Qa'ida and Hezb-e-Islami," claims the government.

This might sound plausible, except that the US then completely undermines its own case by overdoing its case, venturing into the territory of "guilt by association." For the next several paragraphs the complaint goes on and on about various terrorist attacks against US interests in various countries that were blamed on al Qaeda in later years, but that BIF was not at all involved with.

While the government uses a lot of inflammatory statements and spurious claims regarding association with terrorists, who may or may not even be guilty of what they are accused of, in order to make Arnaout sound scary. However, their case is actually quite mundane and does not even clearly accuse Arnaout to have been a member of any of these organizations.

"Defendant lacked the good moral character necessary for naturalization because he provided false testimony to obtain an immigration benefit... Because Defendant admitted to committing and was convicted for an aggravated felony, he was statutorily ineligible to naturalize for lack of good moral character," the government concludes.

This list of associations and accusations is so ridiculous that it is obvious that the government is relying on Zionist "intelligence" coming from Steve Emerson, who is known for compiling such pseudo-information in order to commit treason against the US for Israel by engaging in conspiracy against rights of Muslims in America.

Our America
Police Activity in Maryland & New York: Cover Up and White out! [Hidden Zionism]
by Sis. Aisha [Jamaat al-Muslimeen New York City]

Anne Arundel County, MD - On, 7/30/2014, a jury acquitted a Black New Jersey Detective of first degree murder in the shooting death of Joseph Dale Harvey Jr, a white motorist from Lansdowne, MD, on a Maryland highway. It was a road rage incident where both motorists got out of their vehicles. Detective Walker was driving his family, including his wife and three children, back to New Jersey in June 2013. He claimed that he identified himself as a cop but, that Harvey and his male passenger, Adam Pidel, both approached him in a menacing way. It was stated that Harvey and Pidel used racial slurs. This is when Detective Walker pulled his piece and shot at both men. Harvey suffered three gunshot wounds.

The Anne Arundel County State's Attorney Anne Colt Leitess criticized the jury's verdict saying that she believed that there were other alternative actions Detective Joesph Walker should've taken to avoid having used his gun. However, even as Prosecutor Anne Colt Leitess made this statement she did not sound confident or angry. Of course not, she threw the case! How?

It is complicated. Sometimes prosecutors go for top indictments like first degree murder. Anyone who knows anything about indictments knows that first degree murder involves a plot to kill. You will have to have awaken that day with the intent to kill someone. So, jurors will rule that the behavior did not warrant such a indictment and will vote to acquit. But, heated arguments resulting in murder usually will get a second degree murder indictment. Getting into a fight with someone and killing them usually will get you a manslaughter indictment because it was accidental death or the intent to actually kill someone was not the objective. Detective Walker was charged with first degree and second degree murder, as well as voluntary manslaughter and a firearms offense. It is amazing that the prosecutor could not get a conviction on even the lesser charges!

It is NEVER advisable for any motorist to exit his/her vehicle, especially in a road rage incident. No good can come from it. It just seems as though, in spite of their training, law enforcement are held to a lesser standard by society and the justice system.

All Ducks Are In A Row

New York City - Since the funeral of Eric Garner, the father of six murdered by Staten Island police on 7/17/2014, Police Commissioner William Bratton has:
  1. Criticized the use of the chokehold on Garner in that video.

  2. Suspended the officer who used the chokehold (Det. Daniel Pantaleo) but, no one else.

  3. Ordered all 35,000 police officers in New York City to be re-trained. (Well, if your training does not work the first time......)

  4. Taken part in a roundtable, hosted by Mayor Bill de Blasio, to discuss community relations with police.

All of these actions are meant to lull the Black Community into believing that action is being taken to really change the police department's oppressive culture and get the Garner Family justice. There is going to be some grumbling from the police unions because they are not use to this, which further adds to Black Community optimism. However, here is what leads me to believe that it is the same old song and that there will be no justice in this case:

I am not a fan of special laws like Civil Rights Laws. I believe that these kinds of laws were created by so-called White Liberals to lull Americans into believing that they were trying to improve society. My question is this: What was wrong with the original laws? Why is was there a need to create special laws to protect a specific group of people in this country?

As a Muslim, I am not impressed with America's legal system. However, the problem is not necessarily with any law but, with the lack of its enforcement! You can create anti-lynching laws and other special anti-discrimination laws for specific, protected groups of people but, that is not the solution. The same thing applies with calling for a special prosecutor in police murder cases. The problem is that all law enforcement members, regardless of race, bleed blue. The prosecutors and judges protect them. If prosecutors refuse to prosecute cops, which is what happened in the Amadou Diallo case, they must be fired!

At this point, only the people can put pressure on the county prosecutor and the Attorney General's office to make sure that the right actions are taken to either ensure proper handling of a police criminality case or disciplining prosecutors for misconduct. Continue to write letters to local politicians, prosecutor offices, and Attorney Generals to let them know that you are aware of their okey doke. Also, expose their cover up schemes on social media pages to make people aware that they are apart of the problem. Too often, we focus on just the corrupt cops.
